Great trip!!

Dear Megha, We have finally completed our holiday in the Andamans and are back at our desks in office, First and foremost I would like to give you the details of the whole trip. We reached Port blair and were dropped off at the (1) Sea gull Hotel which was allocated to us by you, the food was awesome that night and all enjoyed their dinner the hotel was nice and the but in the night my sister found cockroaches over them and the room, which was brought to the hotel staff notice as we left for Havelock Island, the next morning. The Jail sound and Light show was the Highlight of the Day. 2) Ferry Ride out of the Port Blair was lovely, very systematic and orderly, reaching Havelock was a very pleasant surprise we did not have to worry about anything everything thing was heaven for the next 2 days the sight seeing the beach visits, the food and above all the most lovely hotel and their staff, our families loved the place and their staff were liked by all. - NO COMPLAINTS the Best ever Hotel and would recommend you to send people there every time.- Value for MONEY 3) Coming back to Neil Island was pleasant but we were not happy with the ordinary rooms there the food was disgusting the kheer eaten in Havelock and here was such a vast difference it was like rice boiled in water with loads of sugar, the breakfast bhaji served next day was bad and watery there was not smile on the staff's face serving the food it was bad, their swimming pool was not in any working condition, I would never recommend any one there. - although the front desk staff were approachable and decent. Thank God it was only for one night 4) Back to Seagull on the last night was good this time the rooms clean, no cockroaches, excellent staff and awesome food. They even gave us breakfast in the morning before leaving for the hotel again very tasty. 5) Ferry Service- thank you for the way you took care of all tkts and everything preplanned and the staffs on the different locations you appointed for us. they all were very helpful including the bus drivers who were very accommodating all the time. 6) Megha - Most important were the flights -- when i spoke to you about the flights and first itenary comparared you gave us indigo and then at the time of booking time they changed to GO AIR, you asked for ages gave you their details enabling you to do a better booking of our flights, if you noticed most of the pax were above 60 years and yet we were given that long transit hours at the Bangalore Airport which was not good and some of my family members booked through you(David Masil/Iris Massil/Gerard Fernandez/Irene Fernandez/Hannah Fernandes/Zion Massil/Rebecca Masil) incurring a bigger loss for their new tkts, booked the earlier flight of 7.40am and reached mumbai at 12.30pm after 4.5 hours journey, why could you have not altered our tkts when i informed you of the preponement of the goair flight, that was very frustrating, as I was the first person in charge of the group and even had a cancer patient - Mrs,Fatima Godinho which was physically and emotionally harassed by this decision of yours, its your duty to see that specially when the senior citizen are travelling they should not be made to wait for such a long time such as the 12 pm to 12 am. I would definitely like to receive an email from you in respect to this, cos when i complained to the Go AIR they said the travel agent had it in their capacity to change our tkts due to the preponement of the flight and changes could have been made. I feel this has taught me a lesson - the passenger should do their own flight booking leaving the rest to the tour operator to do the rest. Three cheers to Havelock Hotel Blue Bird Resort!!!! To the Bus Drivers/ and Tour Managers at all the 3 points and to Sea Gull!!!! Reply I am waiting.. .... The driver didn't display card at airport. He was just sitting in his cab. His given mobile number was also not working so I had to contact the travel agent. His accent was not good in hindi. Otherwise he was a good driver and punctual.

Trip was fantastic. We enjoyed a lot. Can driver hospitality,his friendly nature every thing was good. Thanks travel traingle for the wonderful memory. :)

Hotels booked by your agaents were not good... promised a premium room but booked standard room

Our Andaman trip was really awesome. It was my first trip on travel triangle and doubtlessly it has been arranged well by sky tours and travel. A very special mention to my Agent Bandna, who had excellently coordinated and arranged everything as per our requirement without any flaw. All hotels booked in Port Blair, Diglipur, Havelock and Neil are clean and good. All ferry tickets were handed to us on the first day itself. There was no confusion in any service. Every time some of their representatives was present to guide us at every point In shot i would say my tour was not anything less than being "perfect" because it is well managed. I wish Bandna and her team very best of luck and thank them for planning my trip the way i wanted. Looking forward to book another trip with you guys.

Meet you soon Again... But we face some maintenance issues at hotel... Poppy's Hotel (Madurai)

The hotels were good but the service at Andaman was poor and not up to the mark. In Port Blair, in the name of City tour only acquarium and museum were shown. They didn't took us to any sea beach at Port Blair. Car never came on time in Port Blair. In Havelock, the co ordination dropped us at 8.30 am for a ferry of 11.30 am. I alongwith my wife and son was standing in sun for three hours. He did this because of his next commitment with other tourist. Over all poor service at Havelock by the co ordinator and team. The trip to sun rise point in Neil costed us 1 k extra which was not communicated to us.

Great experience Ferry ride and niel island

It was pleasant experience. Only some points that I would like to mention for future is that at Havelock Gold Star beach resort have not AC working, there is no geyser for hot water. Another point is that at havelock and neil island drivers were coming late by 10 to 20 mins. All other was very good experience. Scuba diving at havelock is best memories for this andaman trip.

Response is good from the staff, ground reality is slightly different. In all OK with Traveltriangle.

It was an awesome Kerala tour. Travel triangle and Sky tour & Travels arranged all the the things very perfectly. It was really value for money. All the places stay was comfortable in good Hotels. The vehicle provided was in a good condition. Moreover the driver, Mr Akbar was a local person who was conversant i in Malayalam, Telugu, Hindi and English, so he could understand us. All the time he was very homely. There is facilty of modifications in the itinerary. Thanks to Travel triangle and Sky tours & Travels.

Sky Tours & Travels provided itinerary including the jouney from port blair to havelock via neil to port blair by private ferry and demanded the amount the accordingly. But after arrival at Port Blair, I came to know from local service provider that Sky Tours arranged Govt Ferry from Port Blair to Havelock and from Neil to Port Blair. I raised objection, and Ms Bandana through whom I booked my journey assured me that she will upgrade the ticket from Neil to Port Blair for Private Ferry but from Port Blair to Havelock I had to proceed by Govt. Ferry due lack of time for upgradation otherwise the difference will be reimbursed to me. However, nothing was changed and after return to Port Blair, she refused to reimburse any amount and stopped even my local services also as a payment of Rs. 4000/- out of total 45,000/- was pending with me. I am not happy with M/s Sky Tours as they failed to stuck on their first commitment. All the hotels after arrival at Port Blair, Havelock as well Neil were good. Hotel Amullya at Neil very good. But on return to Port Blair, the Tango Waves was provided that has very poor arrangement. Rooms were too small. no services available early in the morning. Last two days we faced too many problems. No water in the tap in morning. No one at reception to whom we can contact. However, after so many issues, I give 7 points because after tour completion they are in touch and they provided copy of Ferry Ticket after completion of my tours as these were required for claiming the completion of tour.
