Our Andaman trip was really good, the service provided by Travel Triangle and especially Sky Tours and Travels (Agent - Bandna, for a special mention :) ) was just right. We wanted to do Elephant beach tour, however due to some accidents the beach is closed for an indefinite time, so Bandna informed this to us well in advance, so we could plan our itinerary properly, and choose different routes. All the hotel rooms and ferry tickets were booked in advance, and the tickets were handed to us on the first day itself, so there was no confusions there. Overall the trip was very good, no hassles anywhere, and everything went smoothly.

- food was too costly in havlock hotel and there was no nearby restaurant, - bathroom cleanliness should have been better in havlock hotel, - half of the day we were sitting idle in portblair and havlock hotel. So we could have covered more places. - hardly any wifi connectivity in hotel reception and no wifi in hotel room, - drivers were punctual, - hotel were good except for above points,

service quality can be improved further to fuilfill customer satisfaction at site . like promptness of site coordinator and proactiveness . Marsha hire was ok but not 4* standard.Breakfast was not good at all. We were expecting our ferry booking would be in royal class . but it was in economy and our seats were at different locations in all ferry . this should have been managed in better way because I booked it in 6 months advance . Excellent coordination by sky travels and tours. Hotels suggested are good. Especially swathi is more friendly and has given the best advice throughout. Explained in detail with patience. The trip is memorable. Special for me.

Overall it was a good trip, but the room was booked at Adimali and I have to travel around 30KMs to Munnar for rest of the two days. I strongly recommend to book rooms within 10-15 Kms of Munnar for people who is mostly interested in sightseeing. Adimali is not a good choice, that's the only part where I had issues and rest all were good.

Travel agent should have guided us for a better cruise transfer. We were booked with Sealink cruise which was not that good, rather than travel agent should have guided us for ITT cruise... for sea transfers Barefoot, Radhanagar beach, Havelock

Overall it was one of the best trip. This is the first time I have used trave triangle and everything was good. I am not much happy with hotel rooms. A special thanks to Bandana from Sky Tour and travel. She is very nice and helpful. All the confirmation, information and vouchers were provided in advance. Hope you will provide better service next time. Thanks Pardeep Sharma
