Good service but driver created many problems.

After a long research about the Kerala package we finally decided to try Travel Triangle hence we booked our package from Sky Tours and Travels. So here are the good, bad and worst experiences.. Good - Nice Itinerary, decent hotels - especially The Millennium Continental (Kochi)- food was good and had good options in buffet breakfast, Tea Castle (Munnar) was nice. Sky Tours and Travel were very prompt if any complaints during the trip. K V Houseboat (Allepey) - Good experience in back waters and stuff was good- esp- Saaku (chef cum driver). Bad - Tea Castle (Munnar) - Food was very bad, better to eat outside, very less options in breakfast buffet. Michale's Inn (Thekkady) Staff was really helpful but the room which we have got was very small and there was foul smell in the room so we had requested to change the room and it happened in no time. Food was okay and they had very less options in buffet breakfast. K V Houseboat (Allepey) - When we arrived in the houseboat we found there was no gas and it was not an ideal situation as we have already reached in the lunch time so we had to wait for 2 hours for the lunch. Driver was also not having balance in his phone to make calls so We gave him our phone to arrange gas cylinder. No toilet/ bathroom kit given. Worst- Only worst part of this trip was our cab driver- Sanjeev (Cont# 09048557918), who was not interested in doing his job (sight seeing which was in itinerary), he was interested in taking us to places/ programmes in which he was getting commission plus once we did not go there (his suggested places) his attitude was completely changed and became rude, which was unacceptable. Even he asked for Rs.1000/- form us. We request Sky tour and travels not to allow this Cab driver Sanjeev to be a part of any future tours as it will give a bad reputation to your identity. We also request all fellow travelers to check the cab driver before tour begins.

It was nice experience lovely arrangement by Sky Tours and Travel every thing was good we enjoyed a lot cosy houseboat was awesome camelback plantation bungalow was good behavior of house owner was also good. Driver was also nice was not knowing Hindi but its OK he was very help full and cooperative we enjoyed the trip. thank you to team travel triangle and sky tours Tea plantation Museum Houseboat - Strawberry Cosy Nature Munnar weather No Fan in Emerald Inn Hotel because of too cold there.

The houseboat experience was not good, sight seeing time was very less in houseboat. Other than that, everything was good. The cab driver is a very nice person. I also want you to appreciate the cab driver personally that the customers were very happy with him. We didn't face any problems with the check in process in hotels, just had to show the vouchers and in the next second we were in our rooms. Thank you to all the travel triangle team to organize such a pleasant trip, Specially Vikas Sir.

Feed Back for the Kerala tour.(Sky tours and travels). Thanks to Sky tours and travels. Following is good and bad experiences. Good Experiences: 1.Car arranged was excellent and a new innova car. 2.Driver was good and decent speak only Malayalam and not understand Hindi. 3.Out of five hotels booked, only four was good. 4. Sky tour people keep tracking and asking for any help needed. 5. Hotel like (Geethu, Excellency, Lake Queen, house boat ) Was good. Bad Experiences" 1. Hotel (Holly hock) at Munnar was worst which we stayed for 2 days. I cannot describe the level to which the hotel was setup. even bedsheets was having holes. Rooms was very small, bathrooms was worst small, you cannot even sit for toilet, WC was shaking, you may fall down. Very poorly maintined. I have pictures of this hotel rooms, if you see you will feel very ashamed and sorry for that. even television set was very old model and small screen, only malayalam channels. curtains was having holes. Walls was damaged, bathroom doors was like slums doors. frequent stopping of hot Water. The mail door was broken and repaired, and left like a slum house. The good thing was, staff was decent and cooperative, really good manners.
