it was a good ride but should have also adviced about the pros and cons of our booking as our travelling was very tiring so if have been informed before would have planned our stays accordingly. rest everything was great had a fun time. best memories at sea shore

Dear Tanya This mail is to brief you about our Kerela trip which we took in March thru Sky Tours and Travels. Generally,we dont get what is promised but to be honest,this time we really got wat was promised by you.To start with Hotels,Hotel Grand Plaza in Munnar and Periyar Meadows in Thekkady were gud Hotels.Grand Plaza upgraded our room to Ambience Room without even asked by us and gave us all the facilities.Breakfast was good.Same was with Periyar Meadows.It was a beautiful place to stay. Then came the Houseboat for which we were actually very excited.You promised us a 1 bedded boat.That was a 2 bedded boat but no other family was staying there.So for us,it was a icing on the cake.The staff in the boat was very generous and polite.The food was awesome.My child infact demanded for Maggi.They stopped the boat at a place just to buy him Maggi.So overall it was fab. Then comes the driver.We demanded for a driver who can speak Hindi.We were given that.Although he was a bit irritating at times but he was good.He took good care of my son as well. So in a nutshell,the trip was good.The occasion for which we went there that is to celebrate my son's bday got fulfilled.Thanku Sky Tours and Travels for making our trip enjoyable.For sure,we will plan our future trips with you. I was very doughtful about tour because travel agent in Delhi , I am in maharashtra and want go in kerala.... But my tour was pleasent surprise for us. Total tour was well arenged by agency . my cab driver become my best friend in 3 days. cochi to munner and munner to theekde road travel was best experince for me.

I have booked a customized tour with Sky tour and travel.com for my honeymoon. We have enjoyed it to the fullest. Must say the whole team of Sky tours and travel.com have exceeded their expectations. Apart from hospitality from cab driver,houseboat staffs the room in Cochin was bad not spacious at all and houseboat cleanliness was ridiculous,t toilet was very bad,luckily I requested to change the hotel in thekkady infact it was the best hotel which I stayed. Thekkady and allepy

Service was very good provided by travel agent, will suggest to others for the same. It was good time with family. Must visit kerala once in a lifetime.

Sir hotel rooms of munnar was not accordingly. Breakfast was not good in Forest Haven Resort, Munnar double bed was not proper, we have stay there 2 days. Really i am disappointed.... Indraprastha houseboat was good but sight seeing very less in houseboat. The cab driver is very nice person ,i also want u to appreciate the cab driver personally thanks and very happy with him. We dont face any problem with the check in process in hotel. Overall it was very goid... Best momories..

Sir,hotel room of munnar was not accordingly.there was no arrangent of B.T.inany whete of the tour.breakfast was not good inmunnar,Double bed WA not proper.PL.see all things in our next tourforBang.,Mysore etcinonth ofjuly or Aug.

Hotel Elite Palazzo in Cochin, Lake Share Inn in Kumily and Indraprastha Houseboats was good but later Hotel Haven Resort in Munnar and wasn't good and we have to stay there 2 days..... Breakfast was good only in hotel Elite Palazzo Nature of Kerala is vary pleasant.... Thekkady has nothing to see in city but Only the way is filled with natural beauty like tea farms, big green tree, rain tree awesome...
