The house boat at Ellepay was total disappointing. There was not even space to keep chair in the room. The quality was nowhere near deluxe. Felt cheated. There was no information for the driver till 11 PM on day before the trip begins. I was forced to struggle for driver info for two hrs. On the last day again there was confusion. The owner of Cab was asking the driver to come back. Again I have to contact Sky tour and it took one hour to convince driver for morning airport drop. Overall sky tour lacks professional touch. The hotel Green tree at Munnar was excellent. The remaining hotels at Kovlam and Poovar were very good. The service provided by driver was excellent.

Only bad thing is the hotels are very far (to oooo far) from the view point locations Boat house food and gesture is too good

Day 2 at Munnar was unpleasant because of the driver. He was not tourist friendly. Was rude when asked to stop in the evening for tea at a garden restaurant. In spite of having itinerary was not following it. We also faced language issues with the driver , we contacted the sky tours & travel and then driver was changed on day 3. The new driver was friendly and helpful and which saved my rest of the trip from disaster. The resort at thekkady was the best. Even on the houseboat before checkout it was mentioned 1 hour boat-ride in the morning which was stopped in 40mins. Again we had to intervene and call the main resort asking them for the completing boat ride duration. A planned tour is booked to have a seamless experience. Such management glitches and unprofessional behaviour disturbs the whole mood of the trip. I expected travel triangle to do all such hygiene checks regarding all bookings. Houseboat ride in afternoon. Nature walk at Periyar National Reserve. Stay at Coffee Routes( resort at thekkady).

It was really nice trip and a great experience of travelling....want to again go for with trip with Sky and travels. Thanks once again for arranging this trip.......Best of luck.

Al trip was good, except Thekkady hotel..... it was below standard, or i can it has no standard Houseboat

Our last hotel was pathitik despite our extreme displeasure with that hotel in the begining, which spoilt the whole.mood.

I was on holidays to Munnar, Tekkady ,Alleppy & Kochi with my family. The trip was awesome. Starting from the booking of package with Sky tours & Travels till up to end of Kochi sight seeing every thing was excellent. Both stay, food quality / service at Blue Haze resort at Munnar & Tekkady Woods hotel at Tekkady was excellent. Enjoyed house boat stay at Alleppy back waters. Special thanks to Mr.Vikas Jadhav - Sky Tours & Travels for his time to time coordination & guidance and cab driver Mr.Sabu for his safe and cautious driving through out the trip. A memorable tour. The best part of this trip is driver and the vehicle you provided. He is a nice gentleman and showed us each and every place with much patience. Due to this the trip went very well without any issues. coming to hotels, spice jungle in Munnar is very very good but Thekkady woods in Thekkady is not bad. On the last day of trip we went to Alleppey boat house and there we are not at all satisfied because you people provided us 6 sharing and also the food is just OK.
