carlo travel agent raj has booked nice hotel s and cab service was also very good. golden temple in voor and mysore palace and brindavan garden in mysore

hotel amer view is not good

Good things - Proper arrangements made for cab, hotel - Very polite and good driver - Hotel was really good and clean - Sightseeing was properly done by mutual understanding with driver - Meal inclusions Breakfast was included in the package but with limited and repetitive options. It was my 1st trip with TravelTriangle - Carlo Travels. We had really nice and comfortable experience of this trip.

Thanks to everyone involved in making this trip a memorble one. Special thanks to Sujata (travel traingle), Mr. Bharat (Carlo travels), Mr. Bhasha ( Taxi driver cum local guide) for your support during entire trip. Hotels provided were best indeed and our taxi driver Mr. Bhasha was very polite, frank, humble person who guided us all along the trip sharing his experience throughout the journey. Zipling in Ooty, paintball and archery besides Ooty lake. Fish Spa in pykara lake. Ooty ki wadiya and climate. Tea and coffee in Ooty, coorg.

overall trip was good except that we havent got complimentary breakfast ( was included in offer )... travel agent didn't informed us it. His responce was poor and travel adviser was wrost..... got amount refund after long call..... Ooty is best place to visit....

Delhi hotel was worst... And so was Haridwar and Rishikesh... Only Mussoorie was good My in laws who were senior citizens travelling, didn't have a good trip at all After paying so kuch It was worst

Good Experience and guidance by Driver Basha

It was a extremely disgraceful experience. To begin with the hotel in Mysore was not up to the stated standard but it was adjustable still there was issue with regards to extra bed. Then in coorg a family of 3 with 2 female member was given a home stay instead of a hotel that too in a remote location. When contacted the travel assistant Mr. Sharma, he was extremely rude and did not listen to the situation that it was nearly impossible for us to stay in such a place due to which we had to search for another hotel at night and pay for the charges. Despite paying for the entire trip in Advance there was issue with respect to Diesel charges and finally the hotel in Ooty was not in the city but a distance away from Ooty. The trip overall was extremely disappointing with lot of problems and non redressal of the customer issues. This displays a very poor customer service. Will not recommend this to anyone. It was a waste of money and efforts. It was a extremely disgraceful experience

The hotel was super awesome even the staff was supportive. Our travel agent Mr. Raj Sharma was always responsive & very much helpful throughout. The driver Mr. Muni was also very helpful & took us to many new places. The hotel was superb.

Srikar here...last time me & along with my wife been to Ooty & Kodaikanal...its absolutely fantastic time we had with all ur help & guidance...I appreciate u & specially to "Raj Sharma" he helped me a lot to make us comfortable trip...Thanks a lot to ur team & Raj sharma...I would like to visit again in future for some other places with ur help in future. Definitely I'll refer my friends to go via ur travel..
