The travel agent was very co-operative, even during trip. There was a problem regarding a hotel in bangalore, and I had call him in night... Its appreciated that he received the call and responded to problem... Thanks for a wonderful trip to Carlo Travels and Travel Triangle... Hope to continue in future with you...

trip was all perfect.. well planned .. we were satisfied

hotel location is not as expected, it was long away from the hill station, since we were new to the place and unaware of the location, the Traveller should have guided us with the locations (climate, ambience) etc, this was not happened, should improve, we have also had a choice to cancel the current booked hotel to a new hotel in hill station with additional cost cost too, eventhough, the Traveller did not helped, overall, with the help of driver, we went to the places to which he is well versed

My trip was for OOTY and MYSORE. Overall the trip was awesome except some minor flaws. Positives: The traveller's prompt coordination, Vehicle provided. Especially the driver allocated to me was great. Guy's name was Kiran and is from mysore. His response, politeness, maintenance of his vehicle, ontime service and reach were excellent. Carlo travels & the associated travels did great job. Negatives: hotel in OOTY... the room allotted to me was having the problem of roof leaking and as my trip was in july and it was heavily raining at nights... we faced some problems...

Hotel lake view only infrastructure is good but daily house keeping is very bad

First day hotel room was not as per pictures provided, room was very small and congested. Over all experience was good but we require your agents to ask driver before planning our trip.

Loved the hotel and help from the agent and the driver. Thanks for accomodating all my changes.

I sent my parents for tour from mysore,coorg and ooty. They had a beautiful tour however for one hotel i.e.rajmahal inn in mysore where they had problems in room and staff were not responsive..i would suggest travel triangle and cargo travels to keep good hotels in their suggestions..

Nice experience on my first trip to Ooty and Cooner. my best memory of the tour was kalhatty falls, ooty lake.

Had a really bad experience on booking my trip with Carlos Travels through traveltriangle.The initial quote provided by Carlos travel was of Rs 40000.As i finalised to proceed my booking through them,the quote was increased to Rs 45000. Just three days before the trip i called up agent of Carlos travel to confirm about my bookings.At that time I came to know that the innova that has been booked will have 2 seats in middle(6 +1 seater innova),and they told that if i need single seater to accomodate 3 people in middle(7+1 seater) I will have to pay Rs 3000 more for that.After too much negotiations without any intervention from Traveltriangle expert Carlos travel agreed to provide 7+1 seater by paying Rs 2000 extra. After the agreement i asked them to share the driver and car details. I was told that it will be provided to me on 20 June 2018,2 days before starting the trip.But i recieved driver and car details on 21 june at around 2:00 PM(On the day when trip was to start).I called multiple times on driver number shared with me but his number was out of reach.At around 5:00 PM I called Carlos travels and intimated him about the situation.He told me that he will get back to.me with driver details but he didnt contacted me.At last at around 9:00PM i got the call fron driver and he told me that he will reach at around 10:30 at my home.When the driver reached my home I came to know that the car was not same as the details shared by Carlos travel(Car number was diffrent) and it was a private vehicle and not a commercial number. And the vehicle was not a 7+1 seater innova which was commited to us for which we agreed to pay Rs 2000 extra. We were standing on road at 12:00 am in the night and getting argument from the Carols travel agent and Traveltriangle agent.We agreed to pay 2000 extra for 7+1 seater innova for a comfortable journey but the commitment were not fulfilled.The whole trip was very uncomfortable due to this and we could not enjoy our trip at all because of uncomfortable seating during the journey.Before start of our journey Agent of Carlos travel asked us to start our journey and told that we need not pay Rs 2000 extra for the cab. During the end of our journey driver told us to pay Rs 2000 extra for 7+1 seater innova as he was not aware about the situation that we do not have to pay 2000 Xtra as the vehicle was not the same as commited.We ourselves had to cordinate with the vendor of vehicle to get things sorted out.The agent of carlos travel just did not helped at all to sort out the matter. All in all it was a poorly managed trip by Carlos travel and the Traveltriangle agent was also not much helpful.We did not expected such a discomfort and mental harresment after paying Rs 45000 for our trip. We request you to further investigate the issue and refund us Rs 15000 as a compensation for the mental harrasment and discomfort caused during journey and take a strict action against Carlos travel so they do not repeat this mistake again.
