Carlo travels has been good and provided a very good service through Travel Triangle Portal. The hotels accommodated are good, private car provided for us very good with polite driver. One point of improved opportunity is to provide hotel contact details in the vouchers to enable them to be located quickly, we wasted moving up and down in locating the hotels. Tiger Falls Is great place.

The travel agency service was not good...even they diden't give me what they have commited. In one hotel I was not given breakfast and in another hotel I was not given the dinner which is already commite from carlo travel agent..after booking I have to take lot of follow ups with carlo travel agent. Not satisfied with this agency's service at all The cab service and driver. The driver vijay pal was exellent during the trip.very good human being

Travel Triangle booking was really good. The agent Carlo Travels responded nicely, but we had two issues: 1. The hotels given "Sarang Palace" recommended at Jaipur was really horrible. It does not seem to be a 3-star hotel at all, people in the hotel quarrel at everything. Do not recommended Sarang Palace hotel to any other quests. 2. There were some issue with the cab on the last date. They changed the cab all of a sudden, and the driver was not reluctlant to show the sight seeing places. We had to call the agents 2-3 times, then the driver was fine to do. Other than the above 2 issues, everything was fine. Thanks
