It was a beautiful experience trip arranged by carlo travel and the driver was really good . Hotel rio grand is also awesome. good experience with carlo team. i m happy with carlo team , driver and hotel arranged by carlo team.

Was a beautiful experience and the driver was really good. Time Spent at the Silver Brook Home stay was very peaceful and the manager,staffs were very well behaved and helpful. Dubare Elephant Reserve was very good,Crossing of river to reach the reserve was fun. Totally it was a good experience.

2 of three hotels were not of good quality

overalltrip was good, stay in Coorg was good, but to find to hotel was very tedious, continuous call done to travel agent for stay , but then mr.raj sorted everything, next day halt was in Mysore, here everything was good, hotel service and breakfast was awesome.. third day stay was in ooty,hotel service and was not up to the mark. driver was good, overall trip enjoyed... brindavan garden musical show , dubare elephant camp, Rose garden, botanical garden , lambs park, dolphins nose etc, .. all places visited were best of memories ..,

Yes it was a well organized trip

Hotel at Mussorie was very good. However I was given a hotel at Joshimath being told that there are no good hotels at Auli whereas the fact is that there is a superb hotel at Auli which is many many times better than the hotel at Joshimath. So I was mislead in that matter. Thereafter the hotel at Rishikesh was downright bad and I even fell ill after having food there. Good thing that we had to stay there just overnight. Furthermore both at Auli and Rishikesh I was booked a Deluxe room whereas they were supposed to be Super Deluxe as per my quote and invoice. I had noted this discrepancy in the hotel voucher and pointed it out to the agents after which they had sent me revised voucher. However it was my mistake that I didn't check that even the new vouchers were same. So it was a bad experience with respect to hotels and to a certain extent I do feel cheated. The only highlights were the cab and driver which were very good,the hotel stay at Mussoorie and the amazing scenery on the way and especially at Auli. Beyond it everything was pretty much downhill

Hi team, I am actually happy with the Delhi,Agra trip and the driver was also so comfortable without any disturbance.His hospitality is appreciated. But the manali trip was not good as expected.cab driver was very rude and he wants to hurry up the places quickly and go back to home. The advisor Naresh thakkur is not supportive. Every day we only need to call him and ask for the update of the trip.None of the day he followed up with us correctly.I didn't expect this. Travel traingle should be involved if there is any problem in the trip,by they are appointing one point of contact and assisting to call them only. Coming to package travel traingle provided the good package price for what I requested.

I enjoyed the lot. Everything as per itinerary is not covered.My cab driver is so good and humble because he called me one day before my trip to confirm my plan. As carlo travels didn't provide me cab voucher after several reminders. If any one go Ooty through travel triangle please take the cab of Raju driver from Bangalore. Thanks to travel triangle for taking part payment. I am happy from travel triangle thanks to Abhinav side but not from carlo travels because I dint got my return gift as said by carlo travels. I am waiting for my gift. Thunder world

It was a good trip despite heavy traffic on the way to Mysore we covered most of the points scheduled for the day.

I must thank the Carlo at first for arranging hotel for me so soon, where it was very difficult to find a lodge online for ooty, due to long weekend. The trip started and ended as per time. Below is my detailed review on above rattings. Hotel: more than good, nice locality and nice room with quality service. The room service had arranged an anniversary cake on ky request. Cab driver: skilled, humble, less talkative so I must say Thank to him as well. Cab quality: absolutely worst. The door were not closing properly. Driver side window glass was nit getting closed. Both me n driver had to hold the glas to fit during closing. Because of which i had to travel without ac in d hot summer for some 150 km. The car was totally dirty inside. I have taken service from other travellers also, this is the pathetic car quality ibhave ever got. So 2 marks for the car Except the car, i am satisfied with every ither thing means, hotel, driver n etc.. Btw i dint get any surprise gift as mentioned in the quote. Ice rain at dodebbeta i felt very nice. Pathetic traffic which is bad memory, its alk because of long weekend and rain.

Hotel at Nainital and Jimcarbett was very good. Their services were excellent. Cooperation from Carlo travels was excellent. Cab and driver Anurag was very helpful and nice..Only hotel at Ranikhet was not up to the mark as rated..
