Our package trip was through Carlo Travel Agency, the trip was very good, the hotel rooms booked was well organised by the agent, the stay & good was all good. The driver was very good, no hassles, he covered all the places in time. The timings & trip plan was all perfect. We need not think of the trip plan once you reach the place, all will go well.

on the first day at the time of checkout my hotel says that they have not received payment for the same. we called all the numbers we had of carlo travels and no response. Finally we called Travel triangle representative and then it got resolved. We got delayed by an hour because of this plus our mood got spoiled as well. Need to improve customer service while they are on trip. I am not sure I will pick Carlo travels again but yes Travel triangle is good. Jodhpur Jaisalmer .. awesome place after all.. very good trip we enjoyed a lot... Driver was very good..

Will think twice before booking again from Travel triangle as there is zero involvement by Travel triangle representative assigned to us. For my case even there was no response from the TL of the assigned agent. Even though my dinner was booked in advance for 3 days, for day 2 dinner was not mentioned in the hotels list. This followed by many calls to travel agent and the response from him was very surprising that it happens sometime. Was planning a holiday trip around march, now will think again of booking from travel triangle.

The trip was amazing. We enjoyed a lot. We went through Carlos travel agency and they planned the trip very well. The cab driver provided to us was very helpful as he showed us various places even if they were not mentioned in the itenary. We would love to recommend this agency to my friends for organising any trips. Looking forward to travel again with travel triangle. All the places we visited were amazing. But the best would be in Dalhousie. The stay was at an amazing hotel called Grand view. They were very hostile. Had amazing service and guided us to view many places even when it was snowing. We enjoyed our snow trek along Dalhousie mountains.

My travel was arranged by Carlos Travels. I found both Ms Saraswati and Mr Raj Gupta to be very co-operative and helpful. Everything was arranged as per plan. Except that we were provided ordinar rooms in Mysore in spite of being booked in a deluxe luxury room. Any way we spent only one night there and the room proved was decent enough. There was also a small issue of the transport provider who kept calling the driver to ask us to speak to you for their balance payment. We I feel should be kept out of these issues and you as the service provider should be able to sort it out internally. Other wise we had a pleasant experience.

Mentally the trip was tiring, it was poorly managed and planned. We had to push time and again for the service we had paid for, eg on the very first day our hotel rooms were booked from 12 pm in the afternoon despite the fact that we were to check in at 7:30 am in the morning ; the breakfast which had to be complementary wasn't there at hotels, we had to pay at the last hotel ourselves and the refund has still not been credited. Moreover in between the cab service provider was provided with a different schedule than ours;we were asked to change hotel rooms every day despite the fact that the hotel was empty on all the three days. It was the worst experience I could have experienced. Travel agents weren't cooperative, they could have done better but did not, and at times lied to us like the booking of hotel rooms,they said something to us and something to you people.
