I regret for choosing this platform/portal for booking my trip. The website looks fancy, it gives you an impression that you get to choose 3 best travel agent quotes but in reality, you get nothing to compare as these agents are least bothered to give quotes faster knowing the trip dates..
The Holiday mentor travel agent does not even know what is travel and hospitality mean. They commit themselves to something which they cannot achieve and provide service and when asked on updates, the agents do not even know how to talk to customer.

Without people's certificate (review comments, rating, etc), what are these travel agents going to achieve? When a travel agent cannot even respond in a polite manner, i cannot talk on the quality of other services.They are not doing any social service for us
Travel Triangle calls these agents as best travel agents and guarentees best price.. I am even afraid how much extra money i had been looted in the name of package. Sorry to say but i have completely lost trust in these agents and websites based on my experience. There are so many websites like goibibo, make my trip, yatra, trivago, etc where one gets lots of discounts too and i get to know what exactly i am paying for. Thanks for giving me an opportunity to learn that never in my life again i should go to any unknown travel agents for any trip packages and its better to do it on own. This is the worst experience i had with a travel agent so far where i am a frequent traveller.
whenever i contact your customer care number, each time i am given different agent names from your side as the contact person. it is really annoying when i need to talk to different people explaining about my trip and then the issues and i am not sure if your customer care/support is available 24/7.

I regret for choosing Carlo travels for booking my trip itinerary based on other's reviews. I could have very well done all arrangements myself.
Carlo travels is very proactive with multiple follow ups until i chose them to do the itinerary for me.Once you choose them, the travel agents are not bothered and I had to do multiple follow ups. For the amount of time I had spent, I could have very well done all arrangements myself at the least i would have had no headache, i would have known what exactly i am spending money on, etc.
Till this date, I have completed the trip but Carlo travel did not send me the itinerary which i requested for. Their confirmed itinerary says one thing, the quote was given for something else and inspite of request to correct the itinerary, it did not happen.
When it takes me only max of 2 hours to book 1 room at 4 different hotel (specific hotel name known), i do not understand why Carlo needs more than 2 days to book the hotel. They say hotel is booked but in order to share the voucher, i had to do multiple follow ups and even then they provide me incorrect information. Even though they cannot share the voucher, they knew to follow up with me multiple times for the payments and told me vocher would be shared only after payment is made.
Carlo travels confirmed me MAP plan for 2 hotels at Nainital but they had booked only room at both these hotels putting the blame that they have not received the payment. Even though i confirmed them 4-5 times in written that the payment has been made for which Raj sharma also reconfirmed back. How did the hotel booking change all of sudden? then on what basis, they are providing the hotel voucher to their customers?
When Shivam from Carlo informed me on the hotel booking mess up and that they would reimburse me the difference in money, i had asked him for written confirmation which i have not received even after 7 days. So is mr. Shivam so busy for all 7 days to confirm in writing? his commitment on will send update within 2 hours is not yet done...when Carlo is expecting me to provide all my confirmations in writing why is carlo not doing the same? When carlo cannot trust my oral confirmation, why should i trust Carlo?
Many a times i reach Carlo, they are not reachable. They communicate to you (customer) over the phone one thing and what happens in reality is something else. The cab arrangements made was another pathethic story.. Shivam confirms one thing to me but the driver said he is not informed of anything. So who is lying here? Carlo or Cab owner or driver?
Carlo knew to say that they provide 24/7 support but in reality they even switch off their numbers or they do not pick their phone. Even if they cannot be available for any emergency reasons, they did not even have responsibility of providing alternate contacts in their absence and they very well knew to claim that their folks are busy.
I do not know what kind of cab/taxi travels Carlo deals with.. The cab driver was very bad. He would not tell us where he is taking us.. even if we ask, he would ask us to sit quiet and he would take us.. If he does not have any interest in driving for trips, it is better not to choose such drivers rather than showing us their faces.. The cab driver was not even having courtesy to ask us if we needed to be stopped for restroom breaks or lunches while coming back. when we asked, his response was kind of as if do you really need to do all these..
when i am paying so much for the cabs on per day basis, the cab guy could not even give us a 2 min pick up and drop from Nainital lake.. He said the vehicle cannot come twice.. so for what in this world i had hired the vehicle for? for him to sleep in the vehicle? that too the previous day he would have driven hardly 25 kms that whole day and we were in the hotel due to rain..I know people who have hired cabs who come for nominal cost and drive upto 1000 kms for 5 days and nights
and here this guy hardly drove for 500 kms for 5 days and he showed his face to us when asked him to take us to Jageshwa when he said he cannot take us to Zero point and Bright end corner at almora.. Initially he said he would take us if he was instructed by his boss but later when his boss instructed he showed off his face to us and he was raising concerns on the fuel to be spent and that he would not gain enough profit,etc.. he did not have any intention that he should show us places with happy mood and interest.. He had spent hardly 5-6 hours and drop us back to hotel by 3.30 to 4 pm every single day after starting at 9.30 am in the morning and this 5-6 hrs will not include his full time driving as well..
The car provided was another hell. The AC was not at all working. I changed it to 3 for more cooling and he changed it to 2.. The same car model that i used at airport in chennai was giving so much cooling in matter of 20 mins and this driver's car even though we were using it for 4-5 hrs from Ram Nagar, it was hot like hell. So who is cheating us on the cab? Driver or the Carlo?
And please note, i did not give him any comments /feedback as i just did not want to have any other arguments when we already had a dispute on jageshwar travel. if he writes anything good, that is his own comment.
The driver does not even like to say thank you when you pay him bata for his driving and he has been travelling with us for 7 days and he did not even have a courtesy to ask how was our trip and say bye to us or thank you when i tipped him.
I can go on but it is only irritating me to having chosen this travel agent.. A big lesson learnt! I am hoping my money for Breakfast and dinner buffet for 3 people at 2 hotels will be returned back.
