Hi team, I am actually happy with the Delhi,Agra trip and the driver was also so comfortable without any disturbance.His hospitality is appreciated. But the manali trip was not good as expected.cab driver was very rude and he wants to hurry up the places quickly and go back to home. The advisor Naresh thakkur is not supportive. Every day we only need to call him and ask for the update of the trip.None of the day he followed up with us correctly.I didn't expect this. Travel traingle should be involved if there is any problem in the trip,by they are appointing one point of contact and assisting to call them only. Coming to package travel traingle provided the good package price for what I requested.

I enjoyed the lot. Everything as per itinerary is not covered.My cab driver is so good and humble because he called me one day before my trip to confirm my plan. As carlo travels didn't provide me cab voucher after several reminders. If any one go Ooty through travel triangle please take the cab of Raju driver from Bangalore. Thanks to travel triangle for taking part payment. I am happy from travel triangle thanks to Abhinav side but not from carlo travels because I dint got my return gift as said by carlo travels. I am waiting for my gift. Thunder world

I must thank the Carlo at first for arranging hotel for me so soon, where it was very difficult to find a lodge online for ooty, due to long weekend. The trip started and ended as per time. Below is my detailed review on above rattings. Hotel: more than good, nice locality and nice room with quality service. The room service had arranged an anniversary cake on ky request. Cab driver: skilled, humble, less talkative so I must say Thank to him as well. Cab quality: absolutely worst. The door were not closing properly. Driver side window glass was nit getting closed. Both me n driver had to hold the glas to fit during closing. Because of which i had to travel without ac in d hot summer for some 150 km. The car was totally dirty inside. I have taken service from other travellers also, this is the pathetic car quality ibhave ever got. So 2 marks for the car Except the car, i am satisfied with every ither thing means, hotel, driver n etc.. Btw i dint get any surprise gift as mentioned in the quote. Ice rain at dodebbeta i felt very nice. Pathetic traffic which is bad memory, its alk because of long weekend and rain.

Hotel at Nainital and Jimcarbett was very good. Their services were excellent. Cooperation from Carlo travels was excellent. Cab and driver Anurag was very helpful and nice..Only hotel at Ranikhet was not up to the mark as rated..

Although we had some hiccups because of the room reservation, thanks to Raj from Carlos travels and Akash, and Abhinav from Travel Triangle, things were sorted out smoothly. The home stay, couple who run the home stay, cab owner who took us around for sight seeing, they all ensured that we had a relaxing holiday. All the arrangements were good and it was a memorable trip.

The trip was nice, and ooty is beautiful. HAPPY MOMENTS: -The hotel in Ooty, Vinayaga Inn was very nice and hospitable. -The driver was also knowledgeable and well mannered. BAD MOMENTS: -We were not happy with the cab provided. The AC was not working and on our way to Ooty we had a tough time. -The second disappointment was that even after requesting in advance we could not enjoy the toy train journey from Ooty to Cunnoor. I had specially asked the agent and he had told that we would get it at the place, but the driver informed that we would not and that is what happened. The train journey is what everyone goes to Connoor for, and we had to miss it. Sheer lack of awareness. Drive back from Ooty via Gudalur road. Drive through Bandipur Forest.

Over all the trip was good. Concern is agent told that Cab driver is an expert of all places mentioned, but driver doesn't have any KNOWLEDGE in and around Ooty.

Over all the trip was good , but the hotel in Ooty was not at all good, Driver was good,Professional, he tried to cover as much as possible. I suggest that plan should be communicated to driver properly by agent in our case he was not properly instructed abt the plan. once we had told him abt the plan he was ok.

Thank you for making such wonderful arrangements. To be frank, I was disappointed when i saw quality (condition) of tempo traveler. I immediately called up Raj and i cant believe he took vendor(Mr Soni) on conf call and requested to change vehicle. Mr.Soni such a gem !! he has facilitated so well that we got our classic tempo in next few hours. Thank you Mr. Soni. All the hotels suggested by Raj were superb and of course the delicious food they served. I just loved the speical treatment at Corbett view resort and Hotel Himalaya at Nainital. Staff was super co-operative at all the places. Lastly the man who made our trip memorable, Mustaqueen Bhaiya our guide plus tempo rider, he is really a genuine and jolly guy who made my family to feel secure and comfortable throughout the journey. Thank you Carlo Travels for making my family trip memorable.
