We has a fully equipped office manned by experienced, professional and courteous staff. We have been operating in the travel industry for the past 17 years.

Trip went good, it was well organised with discipline with regards to timing. Almost covered all the main places of Mauritius, had enough time to spend at a specific place. Resort was ok but the bathroom were too small. Busses, agents are nice, agents are very soft spoken & speaks both English & Hindi. Overall, it was a nice & memorable trip, very good place for the honeymooners. The speed boat ride at Ille Aux cerfs, water sports, Quad Biking and the amazing beaches.

The executive from Holidays to Cherish (Urvi) who .I was talking to was regularly in touch until I made the advance payment. Post that I had to keep following up with her for itinerary, visa etc. I got the itinerary only a day before my departure. Upon reaching Langkawi, the driver was there to pick us up - very good fellow. The next day we got a call at 9.00 am from the reception telling us the driver was there to.pick us (we we're to go for island hopping) although our itinerary said 10.00 am pick up. We were not told about the change of timings. When we came down the driver had already left. We called the local agent's number and he was like the boat leaves at 9.30, now you have to pay extra for the other boat. This was ridiculous. I was really furious - this was our 25 anniversary and rather than enjoying I was calling driver or the travel agent to figure out what we we're suppose to do. I did call Urvi a couple of times and then sent her messages too. Almost an hour later she called and she tells me I was informed by the driver the previous evening that he would come at 9.00 am. I kept telling her I wasn't informed. And also told her that all the while I was interacting with her she knew how important that day was to us. The local agent asked us to go on city tour instead, which we had to, which started off at 11.00. Same day we had an evening cruise was well - the pick up time given in the itinerary was 6.00 pm. We just happened to mention this to the driver and the driver said no the cruise leaves by 4.30 pm every day., had the driver not told us we would have missed our cruise trip too. So we finally had to do the city tour in two days and we missed going to Alam Batik Center and Makam Mahsuri tomb. We did get a call from someone else from Holidays to Cherish team who assured us all will go well etc. etc. We have travelled with other agent too but this kind of a communication gap between the local guys in India and overseas is rather shocking. It's annoying when the agent you have been relying on tells you that the local travel agent changes times, then are you not responsible to check that time. Last time when we went to Thailand for a 10 day trip the agent was so good he called at least 5 to 6 times during the trip to.check.on us and also post landing he called to take our feedback. When Urvi was unresponsive before our travels I had told her that I was quite apprehensive about using them as our travel agent. I will surely not use these guys again ever.

Trip has been great but not the service from Travel triangle executive Richa. In spite of repeated requests well in advance, I did not get the stay as per my request. When enquired, the agent was very rude and never really cared about the feedback.

Trip Experience was great, Best thing is they offered is the variety of Hotels/Resorts to choose from, but alot of To and Fro due to unavailability of rooms after the Itinerary was prepared led to exhaustion and waste of time. Rooms/hotels availability are subjected to confirmations from the Hotel owners. Harpreet Kaur, their agent was persistent and tried her best to get the resort which was quoted originally and stayed in touch during the trip as well. I can recommend Holidays2Cherish to family and friends but not through Travel Triangle.

Fun island resort was fantastic,,,, entertainment is good, food was great,,, But they charge heavily for everything,,, apart from the package. I told to book a hotel in male city, but they booked in hulhumale which was so disappointing.... We cherish every moment in Maldives thanks travel triangle

Had a wonderful travelling experience in Singapore-Thanks to the support provided by Urvi and Shantinne. Nice places to visit, Hotel rooms were okay and the location of stay were near Little India so did not have trouble in getting vegetarian food. The area which can be improved is the provision of live tracking of pick up vehicle. Overall would suggest the Travel triangle and related teams for a comfort travel. Thanks team for your services!

It was nice trip. Good service from local agent. Some of the sightseeing points were not worth go to like monkey forest. Villa was far from city. And was difficult to rome in the night while stay in villa. For second hotel stay we had already asked agent for pool view room but we didn't got so it was bad experience. Bad point was like we had to pay extra around 50 dollars for sports activities even though they were included in our package. I forget to ask this to agent but I also didn't received any call from agent which they should do. Let's see after review..

Great service & assistance by Travel Triangle (Holiday to Cherish). Booked such nice properties to make my holiday memorable. Highly satisfied with Paradise Island Resort & Spa. Other property (Somerset Inn) where i just stayed for one day was a small hotel in narrow lanes but service offered by them also was really good. We had a fabulous trip to Singapore & malaysia.The way urvi(holiday 2 cherish) was well organized and executed the same..The way she have supported was outstanding @ anytime of our requirement...We have enjoyed a lot in Malaysia than Singapore.The hospitality provided by the Mr.gurvinder Singh & team was so good.Each and everything was supported in very cooperative manner.In Singapore travel agency - Mr.benoy & team was not responsive.For each and every small matter we have to call continuously but there will no proper response.They have stressed us to purchase local sim,even we have what's app & internet facility also they have not called a single time..For each and rides we have to call and ask for tickets everytime..Then only they used share with us.As per our itinerary we have complimentary dinner that was also not properly organised by benoy & team.for pick up time at tour places cab drivers were not so supportive in Singapore..full time used to say if won't come by this time we will go away....Try to change your travel agency in Singapore to asap for further visitors which will spoil your reputation and will get bad feedback.... Each & every moment of Malaysia we have enjoyed a lot...Especially last day was coordinated by Mr.Daljit Singh who have given utmost hospitality...Shown us each & every part of city by explaining about it and suggesting us a lot about the city & places. special thanks to urvi who have supported a lot for our tour,Mr.gurivender & team and last but not least our trip memorable person Mr.daljit singh
