It was fantastic

1.1st Day on arriving hotel room was not available.We were accommodated in different hotel. 2.Were offered complimentary dinner as compensation there also it was not a buffet but we're told of the total budget within which we have to order 3.Sent a message to the point of contact from Travel Triangle about the unavailability of the rooms on the 1st day thinking they might help us but there was no response at all. 4. Before going for the water activities on last day we were told that the paragliding is the traditional one which involves landing on the beach yourself by controlling the parachute which is a risk.This was not told to us while booking the trip initially.Since we didn't had any choice had to negotiate and pay the agent 40$ additional to avail the para sailing service which was the safer one. 5. When I discussed the same problem with Travel Toogle they were clueless and I was told at that time the point of contact which was given to me throughout the whole trip was not the correct point of contact . So overall I would not recommend Travel Triangle to anyone anymore. Also please refund the additional 40$ which I had to pay because of the mistake which was made by Travel Triangle. I have all the chats available and the bill available just in case. NA

Overall trip was good. But there were some false commitment regarding the sight seeing. The quote which was given to me includes Banjar’s hot water spring in the northern Bali tour on 3rd day. But the vouchers which i received says that the entry fees for Banjar’s hot water spring is not included. And the driver was also not ready to take us there. Secondly the cruise which was organised was not up to the mark. The vouchers given to me says that Skylite cruise was booked. But when we reached there it was some Island Explorer cruise. They departed very late for the lembongan island due to which we had very less time for the slides and other water activity. They gave hardly 1 hour for all the water activity. Even there was only 1 water slide available in the cruise. But the website mentioned in the vouchers have lot of activity included. Quote also says that there will be live band organised in the coconut beach resort, but there were no such arrangements. Third the villa Marbella Pool suite was not at all up to the mark. Breakfast hardly have 3-4 options. Keys of the rooms were not properly available and the arrangements was not at all good. And the rooms does not have any privacy. Open from all the side. Toilet and pool was not properly maintained.

It was a wonderful trip and all the arrangements were made perfectly by Travel Toogle. There were no hiccups in the trip and everything went on well as per the itinerary. Will definitely recommend travel toogle agent to my friends

We had good time in Bali with good things and bad as well. Hotels we booked were good. Villa was really beautiful. Day 1 was not boring.. waterfalls and mountain was okay. Day 2 we had bad experience. We booked for scuba diving but we didn't get that. Though agent tried to get it right but it's already late.agent told us that we will get some refund for scuba. C-walker and banana boat was fun. Day 3 tann lot temple. Which was very nice sunset view. Overall we had good time except with scuba which we didn't get it. C-walker, sunset at tanh lot temple

Good job from travel toogle team. All queries were handled within time. Although received vouchers just one day before my flight, but should have been shared with me in stipulated time.also the team members should have some training on the iteniary and they should be familiar with the location.it will help them in supporting clients in a better way.

Moon 23 hotel in singapore was very bad, no veg breakfast, One day we had to take a cab to our hotel as per Travel toogle's request though which will get eimbursed. Overall trip was covered with good itenararies, hotel should have been better.

- False commitments were made by travel toggle regarding villa which they mentioned 5 star. Actually its a 4-star property with average facilities. Verbal/written commitments were refused on the spot by villa & agent(travel toggle) refused to resolve them. - cruise ship/dinner was biggest turn down. -Swiss-bell hotel & sadara beach resort was upto mark. - transportation was ok

Enjoyed our trip. We had just one situation with our transfer not arriving, but our agent at Travel Toogle handled it well. Overall, it was a geat experience. Thank you Travel Toogle and Travel Triangle.

My Trip to Singapore & Malaysia could have been planned better. Starting from order of 4 days in itinerary in Singapore, whereas 2 days in Malaysia was alright. Some days the representative in Singapore either arrives too early or too late. For instance if pick up time is 9 am, i remember representative was there at 8:15 and expects us to be ready 45 minutes before and some days they dont turn up even 30 minutes. Hotel was located in nice location close to little India but it is smallest rooms possible which I was never informed about before my Travel. I would not recommend Travel Toogle in terms in planning however Seema helped a lot in facilitation of Visa, Pragya was more concerned in selling the trip but did not bother later and Deeksha's part was only handing over Vouchers. Overall on scale of 5, I would rate my trip as 2.5/5.
