Travel Toogle provided my parents a well organized trip to Bali. Everything was seamless even at a foreign destination. Well we believed a lot in Travel Triangle than HolidayIQ before finalizing our trip but it did not turned out to be bad as our trip was coming near or in short after the final payment was done from our end. They did not supported us even when there were discrepancies in the vouchers and the finalized quote which was uploded on TravelTriangle.

Really enjoyed the trip to Bali we booked through travel triangle , evrything was good except one or two minor miscommunication ..really good cab and drivers are provided by the agent. The hotel and the villa was really amazing . The welcome boards and writings in the villa was really good . The car and the driver was wonderful . Really enjoyed the trip with lots of memories about various places in Bali and also the villa stay with the private pool.

Hubby and me are undoubtedly happy with the service offered by Travel Toogle! We were a bit tensed about the hotels. But Mama Mia! we were mind blown! It's been a week back from Thailand and the whole experience has been etched in our nerves. Travel Toogle had made our travel quite comfortable getting everything done in advance! cab driver in Bali had a smelly car and arrived late on the 1st day, because of which we missed the kayek dance in the morning, had to pay for the same in the evening. had to pay for food at kintamani also, as the vouchers.

I enjoyed my trip. Arrangements are good.

Trip was organised very well. All went as per the schedule planned. Hotel (Swiss Bell-Tuban) excellent service with heavy breakfast. Alam Puisi Villa best part of the trip. Had pleasant and memorable stay in villa. I would suggest people to try this villa. Our guide and cab driver Dewa (Punctual guy with safe driving) was very friendly and helpful throughout the trip. Travel toogle may have some good reviews for Bali and other places, but for my Singapore and Malaysia trip, i have bitter experiences with them.. Vouchers were delivered lately and in one of the voucher SIC reporting time was not mentioned. In another case no transfer was arranged as against the mentioned itinerary. Even after so much arguements and promises, no reimbursements made till date for the Taxi expenses made against above cases. Though travel cordinator Saurabh/ Rashmi were good while making promises and deciding itineraries but while journey time, execution was not as per itineraries and they even didn’t provided any support after jouney ended for reimbursing the not covered itineraries..

Thanks for arranging a excellent trip to Bali. Though one of the Agent who was managing my booking left the organization in between but this was handled well by Rashmi. I will certainly recommend Travel Toogle to my friends.
