Travel Date - 16/01/2018 A superb marketplace for travel needs. Easy to use application. You get showered with a lot of options from which you can choose the best and personalize your travel. Md. Faruque (Travel Triangle) was the perfect bridge between me and Jaya-Travel Toogle(Travel Agent). She helped me in every fold of the planning and arranged everything impeccably. Thanks a lot for an awesome second honeymoon :)

It was a good trip(Singapore). Very well organized by Neha and Rashmi. They helped us with all queries and tickets. One of the thing that was not so great was the airport drop during return. The hotel checkout was at 12 pm but the return cab was provided at 5 pm although I had mentioned that I want to go directly to airport after checkout to see Changi airport. I had to book my own taxi for airport drop. The trip as well planned and we didn't face any issue.

Hello Team, Sorry to post my review late but it was not working for me last month. I would like to inform you that the trip was good but not as per my expectation. Last year when i went to Mauritius it was an awesome trip but while this trip to Thailand i think because of poor planning i wasted my 2 days and of-course money worth 15000. Below are the key factors which affected my trip. • Day 1: The boarding of flight was good but after landing I was not aware to whom I should get in touch as the traveller planned didn’t send me the vouchers on time. I had to wait and call them from Thailand and after 40-50 min of hustle I could get my coach. The hotel location was over-crowded but rest everything was good. • Day 2: It was fun and I didn’t face any issue. • Day 3: My flight from BKK to HKT was at 10 AM however they sent me a private cab at 6 AM. The travel time was only 30 min and I personally feel that this was too early to take us to airport. We had to wait for 3.5 hours for our flight which was not necessary. • Day 4: Agent planned Phi-Phi Island and we liked it but the only problem is that it should have been planned from Krabi as it falls in Krabi Province. We took, 7 hours in travel 3.5 each side. On the other hand, Agent could have planned our transfer from Phuket to Krabi via Phi-Phi Island to save out 1 day (FYI they transferred us again from the same port to Krabi on 6th Day). • Day 5: Same like 4th Day. Agent planned James Bond Island for this day. Which is in between Phuket and Krabi, they would have planned my transfer from Phuket to Krabi on this day. I travelled back to Phuket just to sleep and next day (on Day 6) they transferred me to Krabi. Though the Island was good but that small error spoiled it. • Day 6: Though I have already explained but this day we didn’t do anything. We boarded a ferry and transferred to Krabi which could have been done on 4th or 5th day with Phi-Phi Island or James Bond Island. • Day 7: We have been taken to 4 Island tour and we enjoyed it. Honestly last three days were also in Sea and by then we were stopped enjoying sea. Also, for these 4 islands, nobody informed us that we need to pay 400 Baht per person. (it was communicated for Phi-Phi and James Bond only). • Day 8: Though half day of Kayaking was planned for this day but I personally feel it was waste as we had already covered Kayaking on the James Bond Island tour. So we decided not to go as we were not enjoying Sea anymore. And we did local site seeing on-our-own. • Day 9: We transferred to Krabi Airport and then to BKK Airport. I personally feel that it was not intentional but there was a big problem in planned our itinerary. Team, I am not complaining against anybody but honestly my 2 days and at least 10000-15000 INR could have been saved if it would have been planned better.

It was memorable one & we have enjoyed the place & days. I would like to appreciate efforts & arrangement of travel toogle,everything was properly organised

tour guide was very rude and not helping at all otherwise Neha helped in tour n booking but still can't provide the window seats during flight as promised in all support was not good at all... beaches and water activities

Destination Date bali 21st dec Hi We had booked the package from travel toogle, we faced some issues but jaya is so helpful through out the trip, that was the well organised trip. Thanks to jaya From Rohini Rajput
