Traveltoogle

The trip went well, the hotels were so good and enjoyed our stay there during our holidays in Bali. The tour guide was knowledgeable but could have focused more on historic/cultural sites (i.e. traditional villages/workshops etc) and not galleries and showrooms. I do not understand the reason for the agent being the middle man for the watersports booking as we still have to pay for the services there again? We had three activities (parasailing, Banana boat ride & jetski) but the moment we reached the site the service provider said we cannot do the traditional parasailing as the weather is not optimal, apparently that's what they say to everyone visiting them, then the provider offers another product for a higher price (how can you let two people fly a parachute just minutes after saying the weather is not optimal for a single person to fly?), the banana boat ride lasts for 5 minutes and it's just an inflated balloon tied to a speedboat, jetski is for 5 minutes again and onle one can ride the bike not two. We ended up paying $150 to the service provider for two basic water activities, alas there's no point in spending half a day at the beach 4500 Kms away doing nothing! So we paid twice for watersports! I hope the agent fixes this issue soon! We do loved the stay at the villa (Uppala villa at Seminyak).

loved the service provided by the agent and the driver. Choice of hotel from my end could have been better, as I am not satisfied with the service provided by upala villa in Seminyak. Sunset dinner in bounty cruise.

I heard about Travel traingle from a friend and installed the application. I booked a honeymoon package through travel toogle and it was indeed a great trip. Everything was well organized, arranged and it was just awesome. All 9 days of the trip were best including hotels, transfers everything.

Our trip to Bali was right in the midst of the mount Aging volcano explosion scare. I must have called Seema from Travel toogle almost 10 times to check if my trio was still on. And she was immensely helpful. She addressed each of my concerns and ensured that the trip went smoothly. Right from the Day we planned the trip to the Day we returned , Seema was always a call /ping away. Thanks a lot Seema and travel toogle for this beautiful trip We had breakfast on Gilli islands with Mount Agung right in front of us beyond the vast sea. Talk about facing your challenges :P

Very Good

Trip was great and it could have been better if some better sight seeing would have been added. The support from the travel agent of travel toogle Ms Jaya was outstanding. She helped at every single point. She supported at every instance where it was required. The journey was smooth. We need not wait for any driver. All were available on time. Thanks to travel triangle and travel toogle for making my trip a memorable one.

Enjoyed the trip. Everything as planned and on time. Only Marbela villa was a problem. Excellent property but poorly maintained. Breakfast was also not buffet but you have to choose one item. No occupancy. Otherwise travel agent needs compliments for meticulous planning. Will definitely opt again for same agent next time.

1. major sight seeing spots were missing in itinerary specially temples. 2. Irrelevant shopping spots were only added in itinerary which one can cover on their own as well. 3. Hotel or Villa does not serve anything vegetarian. 4. Flight should include meal. 5. Our villa was changed without any intimation 6. Few other water sports should be included

We went to Bali for 5Night/6days. Whole trip was perfectly planned according to our requirements. The complete trip was very memorable. It was a very good experience. There is some small things which need to be improved like the vegetarian food offered by hotels. I suggest only one thing that please suggest hotels to people near to indian restaurants. Overall experience is excellent. I want to thanks to my trip advisor Shiwani Rawat who helps me in every thing. Great job done by Shiwani. Thanks.

We went to Bali for 6Night/7days. Whole trip was perfectly planned according to our requirements. The complete trip was very memorable. It was a very good experience. There is some small things which need to be improved like the vegtarian food offered by hotels. Overall experience its Good- Bali is very nice destination for honeymoon and travel agent-Travel Toogle ( Anjali Bisht) made this memorable for us i want to thanks to my trip advisor (Anjali Bisht) for my memorable trip.

it was an awesome trip, the hotel and villa was same as shown in images, the local staff was very friendly amd we were kept updated about all the event or happenings in the location. Shivani our travel agent was really helpful and planned the trip really well
