I have booked the Langkawi - Penang - Ipoh trip for my sister for their honeymoon and they are extremely happy about the trip. The agent was very keen on listening the requirements and open to any modification on itinerary all the time. I have suggested the hotel names and they booked those without any hesitation. I was keep on updating the itinerary till last day and they didn't show any reluctance in modifying it. The pickup, drop and city tours were very comfortable

We traveled to Langkawi and Kuala Lumpur 4 Nights and 5 days. Myra vacation planners coordinated very well for customization of the trip. Got very prompt response in each step, which is the best part of our planning. the trip was very memorable and all our family members enjoyed the tour,

The overall experience of the trip was good . We were explained well about our days plan beforehand . Though we faced inconveniences and disappointments here and there the overall experience of The trip was good . We were not told about maintaining ( 1 lakh each) in our account . We booked 3months before our trip and we're not told about the 1 lakh thing and 2 weeks before our trip we were asked to maintain 1 lakh each in our account for visa purpose which is highly impossible . Because of which we had to approach a different agency for visa alone. Coming back to our experience in Singapore the cab drivers were very friendly except the one that came to pick us from airport on our 1st day in Singapore. This is the 1st time we are visiting Singapore and we were not told informed about the waiting time (1h 15mins) of the driver beforehand. It took sometime for us to cross the immigration check and come outside and the way we were treated by our driver was very bad and he was totally rude. It is the duty of the driver to treat tourists with due respect which he totally failed to do. We had to get our sim card from the airport which again took some time . So we were disappointed on the 1st day itself by the way we he welcomed us . There was no enough time to see places properly we were in a rush to see places and board the cab within the time specified by our driver. It would be nice if you increase the time in visiting places so that people can click pictures and enjoy instead of hurrying to board cab.

The experience was amazing and the services promised were delivered in a timely and impeccable manner.

I enjoyed my trip but as far organising tour or sharing details for the places, attractions, it was average experience. Good thing about Indian agent was that any time contactable....

Overall experience was good with travel triangle.

Singapore trip was planned wonderful.... But in Malaysia, Cab driver did not come for pic up after a hour long waiting. I took taxi for reaching hotel... That's why given 4 for cab & driver.... Hotel room was too small as per family.... So rating is 3 for hotel....

Management and process wise was smooth and i got assistance wen required. We are satisfied with how the trip turned out to be Overall sentosa island memories Also a special mention for the guide johnson. He was great
