Overall good experience except for the cab service. Not very professional and the agent in Singapore was lousy. No coordination or reception. Indian agent Sonia was great. Really appriciate all her efforts.hotel had very small rooms and very boring breakfast. Absolutely the same everyday with no change in menu at all.

I had sent my parents to Malaysia through Myra Travels and arrangements made by them was good.There was no problems regarding sightseeing or any other city tour evrytng was well planned.Only on last day the taxi dint come for parents to drop them at airport and they had to arrange can by themselves.They had to book cab by themselves and rush to airport but Myra refunded the taxi fare within 2 working days.Thanks to Sonia for making all the arrangements except for the last day drop to airport rest of the trip was awesome.

Trip was well planned & the itinerary was very nice.Hotel at Bali was excellent with very nice hospitality whereas travel agent was average. In singapore hotel was average whereas travel agent services was excellent. Altogether trip was nice. Hotel in singapore could have been better Singapore was very nice.The city tour & sentosa tour was very nicely & the advice & info given by the guide was very authentic. In nutshell , Singapore was excellent.
