Was happy with Indian Travel Agent however unlike the unprofessionalism of local Singapore Travel Agent: NamHo, the local agent and their employees surely need courses in hospitality management. Most of the time the drivers are late righf from Airport pickup to your sightseeings giving reasons of SIC transfers. However if the guest is late 5 mins they act in a very unruly manner like goondas. Singapore is an excellent place for family vacation who would love to see lots of attractions and the beautiful small country does have innumerable sightseeings. My best are very difficult to enlist but still probably the view from Singapore flyer, Night Safari, Sea Aquarium, Jurong Bird Park. Universal Studio was so so for myself.

Gardens by the bay and sands sky park observation had a time clash. There is a show in gardens by the bay which runs till 8 pm and from there we need to go to sands sky park and have a look in 15 minutes which is highly impossible. Change ur timings in this regard. And for universal studio they run till 7pm. Atleast arrange a cab for pickup at 7:30 instead of 7. By the time we come out it will take 10 to 15 min.. Don't make ur timings on apt.. Show of garden by the bay and Universal studio.. Resutruant near mustafa maded us service

No intimation of flight getting preponed, reacged the boarding gate just in time to the flight or could have missed the flight. Still the travel agent helped with Web checkin for faster checkin process.Nam Ho Drivers are quite rude, even before the allotted pickup time they are in a hurry to leave.
