To book a personnel journey through support of internet was first time for me. I get full support every time, even on holiday and valuable guidance regarding making my plan. I should say there must be payment condition, pay 90% before journey and pay 10% after completion of journey. In my case Travel agency had hired Taxi from other source, hence every time Taxi Driver was asking further program to his company. Taxi agency had different view (To save KM) than my planed tour, so I had to passed through inconvenience. We enjoyed a lot at the Hotel Guncha Sidhhartha, Del Housie. The location of Hotel and wonderful view from hotel, vide Terrace gave us plenty opportunity to enjoy Dollhouse. Hill View will be ever in our minds.

Dependable, reliable, cooperative staff. System has to be slightly polished to give more support and relaxation to the customer. Transparency between the agency and the customer has to be assured. Rest assured the arrangements were excellent and the follow up during the trip were appreciable. At no point of time i felt unsecured or bothered. Travel triangle made by trip quite comfortable and it was an easy way to plan my tour to Kerala. Preet Singh from Rocking trips helped me customize the trip according to my budget and the limited time i had. He guided me whenever i needed assistance. House boat stay at Allepey was the best in my trip. Thekkady was fine. But Munnar was not happening, i didnt like it.

Services of Travel Agent was good, driver reached on time. The hotel booked at Shimla (Hotel Himalayan Escape) was very far from main city and there was no nearby markets. The travel from Shimla to Manali was pleasant we checked-out Hotel at Shimla at around 06:00 AM in the morning and traveled around 300 Kms and reached Manali at 05:00 PM. The hotel (Hotel Rishi Palace) booked by Travel Agent at Manali was Very Good and near to Mall road around 2 Kms. Cab Driver proved to be a Guide for us. Thanks to Travel Triangle and specially to Shweta Singh from Rocking Trips who guided us at each step during the trip. I hope I would like to have another trip soon with Rockingtrips and I will suggest to my family and friends to have a trip soon with Rockingtrips... Snow Point at Manali
