2 stars for hotel as this is not a infant friendly . Basically u need to walk a lot and with infant and no buggy in resort. And room service is not upto mark of today’s hospitality. Service boys and front desk are too rude . ( couple of examples . When asked for water on day 1 . The reply I got from desk . We cannot provide water in room if u want come and collect from restaurant. 2nd case . On day 4 they had forgot to keep the shampoo in the room when I called and asked the std answer I got for 1 hr that we are sending in 5 mins. Their was a house keeping guy cleaning the next villa . When asked him his answer was “ not my problem” when asked his manager the answer I got “ sorry” but never got shampoo for that day. One more thing dental kits are not provided and needs to be Purchaced . Apart from these thing .. food is great . Lots of variety . Staff in restaurant is the next level in keeping the customer satisfied. Swimming pool is quiet big and neat Great location . Great view from rooms. Peaceful

Average stay but location is good. This is a budget Hotel but with this price you can get better Hotel. It has same menu for breakfast every day, no change and has very limited options but taste was good. Rooms are not much good. Its ok ok rooms. Rooms are very small. They dont provide any toiletries. I would suggest that book another Hotel with this price range. It was an average stay.

For Paradise island Resort it is 5 star. But Season Holiday hotel i even don't want to given any stars. Hotel was wo pathetic. Not even any standard. veg option was not there. I was really disappointed at the last day of my trip due to that hotel. Water Villa at Paradise Island Resort.

Very well executed trip with full support from Rocking Trip in terms of last minute changes as well. We had a great time with family. Thank you guys! Only call out:- 3 instances of driver trying to cut corners in terms of (1) parking far away from location saying vehicles go only one way so I won’t go whereas we saw taxis and private cars in both directions later (2) didn’t want to travel apart from 8AM to 8PM stating some rules even though (1) he just had to pick us up from 0.5km away (2) again we saw other public and private cars driving (3) on the day of houseboat, we were back earlier by 5pm and wanted to go to beach but driver was not ready to travel saying he has left for the day

I am happy to share the positive feedback about the agent. Everything was arranged on time - tickets, VISAs, itinerary. The agents at Langkawi were prompt at their pickup, friendly and professional. At Kuala Lumpur, we had minor issues regarding SICs, otherwise everything else went well. Rocking trips really did a good job. They also agreed to change the hotel after one hotel was booked at Langkawi. Thanks to Mr. Harman and Parmesh for co-ordinating well.

guyz very bad attitude of driver, really misguided us alot. He shown us very expensive shop, he get 40% commission on our purchase. rest hotels & boathouse was ossam, kerla very nice place. but in car very bad expirence kerala very best place for honeymoon.
