Over all experience of the trip was amazing. Everything was properly planned. Mr. Inderjeet from Yes Tourism, Sushil from Vajrkila were quite helpful. All Cab drivers, especially Sonam who took us to Lachung and Baichung who took us to Darjeeling were amazing people, polite cheerful and happy to help. Memories-Beautiful Sikkim, it's greenery, waterfalls, and cleanliness, everything about the state is amazing.

Apart from the first hotel, the other two hotels were satisfactory. Also, the cabs didn't come on time every single day. We had to wait for more than an hour in the hotel lobbies. Nathula pass was amazing!

Based on their very positive reviews, we booked a 5-day Pelling-Gangtok-Nathula tour for 16 people with Gargi Ghosh (Yes tourism). I found the service and response of Gargi to be excellent. Easily 5-stars. My emails were promptly responded to, and everyone showed up when they were supposed to. We stayed first and second day in a most beautiful cottage I have ever seen in Pelling. All my family members were very excited to live in that place. Breakfast and dinner were served in time and the milk is also available for small kids whenever we require it. Cabs and driver came on time and they covered all the points with ease. Then we visited gangtok and the hotel was very good and Gargi was supportive throughout. We stayed in Siliguri hotel which was also very good. I cannot imagine a trip like this with so reasonable rate. I would definitely recommend Yes tourism and Gargi Ghosh as trip advisor to everyone.

Organisation of trip was good. Logistic is little problem but thats the problem in Sikkim state which nobody can help. Overall good experience . South Sikkim homestay and Mainaam trek was unforgettable experience in my life. I suggest everyone to visit south Sikkim Selap homestay People are very polite and helpful.

Travel agent only make us to reach there but from there onwards they not even call us for service, only calm for pending amount payment. I have messaged them due to poor hotel of Dargeeling. Travel agent promised me that they will provide us Candle light dinner but no one asked about that and no provisions for that. So it was not good experience with Yes Tourism. Cab driver and sites they showed was best one.

When I booked for our 6 day trip I did not have an iota of an idea how reliable was the agency. However, the arrangements were overall perfect to a T. The drivers as were reliable, punctual and sensitive to our needs. The coordinator kept us updated through phone calls and SMS. Some of the hotel accomodation was a let down since it had no alternate power supply as a result we were in darkness and no power even to charge our cell phones. But then in Darjeeling its still trudging along towards proper infrastruture and this can partly be excused. Overall, it was a good holiday

Mr Indrajit got outstanding knowledge on what he is doing . He got great conversation and negotiation skills ,if he tries his luck I am sure one day he may become India’s tourism minister. Having said all these I would like suggest some improvement areas so that helps me this yes tourism strengths more . 1) This is for all travel managers and travel triangle as well . Please educate your staff on the ground and drivers especially on what you have committed to tourists and what tourists expect from them . Some drivers are outstanding in explaining the details proactively . 2) please double check hotel bookings . Lot of drama happened at lachung continental hotel before confirming since the same problem happened to other Travel agents tourists I assume this is fault of hotel . But at dargeeling hotel central nirvana billing done one way before than the exact date . Because of that I got room close the kitchen which is smelly . I see it is fault of travel agent dargeeling. The trip is outstanding and I recommend yes tourism anyone . Whole Sikkim trip is never before and home stay at darap village
