Had a very good trip. The travel agent coordinator Nishitji always stood in contact with us and he always talked so politely and helped as and when required. Just one thing tso ensure that please dont force us to pay full amount before the trip completion.. Atleast 10% can be given on last day. Even after discussing at the time of booking only that some part will be paid at end of trip indrajit sir senior coordinator forced us to pay full amount... We somehow got the permit to changu lake though not till the lake...enjoyed the weather and snow there...also...Nishitji upgraded our hotel and the upgraded one was at the best location exactly at the Darjeeling toy train station and hotel was so good. we got a permit to go up baba mandir

Udaan Woodberry Hotel in Gangtok was a good property and staff is also very helpful. The hotel given in Darjleeng was Zambala retreat,the rooms are conjusted. We are supposed to visit Changu lake,Baba mandir and Nathula but not able to visit due to no permit (as per travel agent),it is better to choose the holiday months after research. No non-veg food is available in the hotels which were not intimated prior to booking. Although overall trip is Good and the services provided by the agent was good and timely. Will definitely recommend this agent. Bagdogra airport to Gangtok route & Gangtok to Darjleeng route.

Travel agent should have first handedly cleared up the dues with the hotels rather then creating a tiresome and waiting process for the guest. Also best time to visit should have been advised sincerely, the must visit spots couldn't be experienced because of the bad weather. The cab arrangements were good and the drivers were very friendly and cheerful. The tour package was bit overpriced. Overall a good package that could have been a lot better

It was good. Was not happy with Darjeeling hotel and candle light was arranged there only. Wanted candle light in Gangtok hotel cos hotel was pretty good compared to Darjeeling hotel. Travel agent service was good and cabs and drivers were very good. Couldnt visit 3 to 4 points bcos of snowfall. But alternate option should have been given which was not provided.
