The accomodation for 1st two days were awesome..but on last night it was an average one..most of the placed were closed due to cyclonic effect so the trip was not that interesting.expected to be it in a much better way..

Summit hotel In Gangtok was not par. The breakfast served on buffet was not kept hot. The summit Hotel service in darjeeling was exceptional. The nathula pass experience was great.

Woh ! Woh! Woh! WHAT A EXCELLENT TRIP ORGANISED BY TRAVEL TRIANGLE AND PARTICULARLY BY YES TOUR !!! We were on family trip to Sikkim and Darjeeling for 9 nights 10 days from 24th Nov'17 till 03rd Dec'17. The trip was very well organised by Mr. Indrajeet of Yes Tour. Right from beginning he was helping us in spot selection and advised well about the places/city to visit. He was also very accommodated and provided us more than what was stated in standard package. Both on account of Hotel Stay and cab arrangement. We covered all the regions /district of Sikkim i.e. East, North, South and West and the hotels provided were excellent with good location(s), one of the best hospitality and quality fooding. Our Gangtok Hotel was 10 mnts walk from famous M.G. Road.Similarly Darjeeling hotel was also nearer to Chouk and Chaurasta. Lachung Hotel was also very good and provided giant room. My son was astonished to see the size of bathroom and said " it looks like Cricket pitch." Peeling hotel was also located at a very peaceful location away from rush. The beauty of Gangtok, Peeling and Darjeeling hotel room (s) was that I could see the astonishing view of "Kanchanjunga" from my room window all the time. the food (Veg.- which we preferred) was matching with our taste at all the places. We could not see any difference from Delhi taste. The staff at all hotel(s) were very co-operative and had urge to serve. As far as Cabs are concerned, Mr. Indrajeet provided luxury cabs during my 10 days journey. No. of places he upgraded the cab category from Maruti Wagon -R to Xylo/Innova without any extra cost on complementary basis. The drivers were very polite, reached always half and hour before the scheduled time and never interfere or asked us to cut short our time to see a particular spot. Drivers were so expert that at no point of time we were afraid while negotiating tough terrine of Nathula Pass, Lachen, Gurdongmar Lake and Zero Point at the height of 17000 ft. Mr. Indrajeet also advised us to take certain homeopathy medicine while going to higher places to retain oxygen. He remained available at all times over phone and keep directed us about our next day schedule. THANKS A LOT TO YES TOUR AND TRAVEL TRIANGLE FOR ORGANIZING SUCH A WONDERFUL TRIP. I RECOMMEND BOTH TO ANY ONE WHO WANT TO VISIT ENTIRE SIKKIM AND DARJEELING IN FUTURE.

This was our first experience with travel triangle but we are sorry to say that it was not a good one. 1. For Gangtok sight seeing on one of the day we had 7 places to visit but we were actually able to visit only 3 because only 1 of the place took 4.5 hours (4 hours Journey Only) to travel so it was completely illogical on the part of tour opertor to put 7 places in a single day. On appealing the same the reason we got was that "just because you said i added the point but i knew it was not possible to complete 7 places". If that was the case you should have guided us properly before so tht we could have added day in Gangtok because we are tourist and it was very obvious we did not knew anything about roads and timings. 2. Lachen hotel was changed at last moment for the reason that food quality was better than the previous hotel. But the food they offered was not only worst but the hotel staff didn’t even knew that we were pure veg (They only Have NON VEG FOOD READY ) and the result was they did not make any proper veg food.(they given Dal Rice and Chapati after 1 hours ) which was Worest ... For Lachen .. we were on salads only. (We purchased From Out Side ) .... When we told to Tour Oprator Indrajeet about this problem then he Replied in Chat Box " Dear sir • Yes Tourism India is no way responsible towards the quality of food, taste, quantity served at Hotels or any other place served by vendor. At remote island or places the food served would be as per local and market availability. sir we never recommend for Map plan because food test is not our part of service “ 3. On returning Gangtok, our luggage was in 1st hotel which had to be shifted to another hotel. But we were left on taxi stand stating to take our personal taxi for shifting and reaching the other hotel. We were not informed about this at any point of time by the tour operator. The conditions worsened because it started raining heavily and we had 12 heavy luggage bags to carry and over and above that to take advantage of situation the local taxi drivers took ₹ 300/- (total 900 for 3 cabs) instead of fair charge of ₹ 100 - ₹ 150. Finally, we ended up paying ₹ 1500/- (600 ₹ for Transfer Luggage) extra out of our pocket inspite of paying tour operator heavy amount. We wasted our 2 to 3 hours doing all this instead of exploring Gangtok city. On the other hand, we ourselves had to cordinate with driver, the main tour operator and local tour operator. There was no cordination among the tour opertor and the drivers. And as there was no network connection we also were not able to cordinate with them (though it was not part of our duty). 4.Till We Reached at Baba mandir No one Told Us about permit is not Done for Nathula . We were in Between stopped to take Snow Jacket and boots for Nathula (because there was snow only at Nathula ) . We have Spent ₹350 each Means ₹3150 For 9 persons for Rent which was wasted due to permit was not available which no one informed us Till Reaching Baba Mandir. Even When we came back sumo Dropped us at Stand only From There we have to pay 400 Rs to Cab to Reach at Hotel. 5. In package we were informed for sightseeing on the way from Gangtok to Pelling (5 sightseeing) but driver was informed of only transfer from Gangtok to Pelling without any halt and again we had to cordinate with local tourist, the main tourist and the driver ending up to waste our 2 hours and again missing Samdruptse and Sai Mandir sight. 6. Darap homestay (a little away from Pelling) was strongly suggested by the tour operator and we are thankful to him for that because Sukhim Village retreat was one of the best experience we had in our entire tour. 7. For Darjeeling the hotel was suggested by the tour operator but on reaching hotel we found that there was no water in the hotel, not even in washroom and the situation remained the same from 3.00 pm to next day morning 7.30 am. In such situation tour operator did not support us in any way (changing hotel). Also, the rooms provided were so small that after adding an extra bed (we had opted for 3 people in room) there was no space in room to walk. On talking about the same wid the tour operator he said " give me in writing that if i have ever said that i will offer you big rooms". All talks were done on cellular phone which is the most trending device now a days and therefore we had no proof for the same. So it was our mistake to use phone with this tour operator and we had to put down our point. So henceforth while cordinating with this tour operator or with travel triangle, make sure you get everything in writing by mail or any other means and not on phone. The food offered by the hotel stinked a lot and when we complained the same to tour operator, he said no tour operator do not gaurantee the quality of the food. So then why did we pay for stay, breakfast and dinner? When you are paid for something it is very much your responsibility to look after it from every angle for the best service. Or else please do not ask money for that. Every and any tourist pay to hotel only for good service, good rooms and good food. And nothing was accomplished in Darjeeling hotel. After tour operators own recommendation we opted for hotel he had suggested and after having bad experience with hotel when we complained for the same we were answered " you should have actually opted for Hotel Summit or some other 4 or 5 star hotel". But even if it is a 1 star hotel, definitely no1 is going to eat 8- 10 days old food. And the answer provided was worst on the part of tour operator. “Yes Tourism India is no way responsible towards the quality of food, taste, quantity served at Hotels or any other place served by vendor” and for water Problem he told " one bucket of water is Rs 120 in Darjeeling " 8. Things are changed at last moment and also informed at last moment and many a times it created a havoc to arrange our self with changed situation. For eg. for first day we were informed of 2 Sumo or Bolero for transfer from airport to Gangtok but were provided with a Sumo and a Wagon R 9.Erlier it was told to us that Parking fees driver will give at the time of booking ....but when we were on trip Driver Refused to pay and Finally We paid total 390 Rs Parking Fees in our full Tour At they end They Deducted 1500 rs from 2730( Includes 440 Rs For Cab for Pashupati market ) which we given From our Pocket at the time of tour for Extra cabs and parking Some Cabs provided to us were having Very worest Conditions ... Seats Were having big cuts due to which all sponge came out ...and it was very uncomfortable ... There are No option to upload Photos with Reviews on travel Traiangle other wise that was very easy for other to understand our problems which came in Journey

‘excellent tour organised by Yes Tourism for Gangtok and Darjeeling.. Mr Indrajit was prompt and precise in the tour planning and all activities were coordinated very well.. The hotels chosen were very good properties giving a comfortable stay. All the spots were covered well and the contact details were made available well in advance to avoid any last moment hassle. Overall an enjoyable experience and looking forward to next trip with Yes tourism. Highly recommended to all travellers.’

Tour arranged by Yes tourism was overall good. good things about the agency -- hotel room was spacious and clean and all transfer facilities was also very good.

Trip was good...everything was well arranged and we didnt have to wait much for the cab..only negative thing was hotel provided in portblair was not that great....

Our trip was excellent. All our drivers were good, we had a very good holiday with yes tourism, all places will be our best memories.....

wild orchid resort at havlock was not good not as per the images on their website and food was more pathetic than resort. Rest north reef in portblair and tango resort in neil was excellent and food was also nice. prompt reply to our calls by yes Tourism. Thanks Suchita out agent for wonderful trip. we didnt visited ross island but that not ur fault it was suddenly climate change. thanks once again. scuba diving was awesum at havlock.

Good trip with travel Triangle. The quotes were comparative and selected Yes Tourism India on basis of past feedback and discussion. There were minor changes which we wanted to do during the trip and they were happy to do so. The hotels were nicely selected.

All arrangement by travel triangle and its partners were very nice. We had a very good trip with Yes Tourism India

Please confirm hotel bookings done by travel triangle directly with hotels also and get Confirmed Hotel Vouchers (do not rely on the vouchers of Travel Triangle). Last moment my 4* hotels were changed to budget hotels.
