over all the trip was good. the first four days in Sikkim the service were good.the agent in Sikkim who was taking care on time to time by calling us..but the second day of trip was ruined by the driver who was just thinking about him and not allowing us to see the places properly.though the places were lifrtime exp places like nathula, baba mandir and tsongo lake. but this guy just gave us bad exp .so request to yes travels kindly send the proper driver to the trip. best part of the trip is the trip to North Sikkim everything was took care in a awesome way.and places are heaven thanks to our driver Sooraj the best person I met during trip. again the hospitality in Darjeeling was poor.the hotel was not up to the mark and the agent was not calling us on time to time..and he skipped our trip to tiger hills on sunday.after complaining this to yes travels so many times then agent in Darjeeling contacted us and said few cooked reasons for skipping the tiger hill. and agreed to take us to the skipped places on Monday morning. note to yes travels kindly take some action to this guy who is not so nice towards the tourists. over all the trip was good if we keep the two insidents asidewhich happened on second day because of driver and the Darjeeling agent. special thanks to gaargi from yes travels who guided us and took on time action especially when we were blank on Darjeeling. tips to yes travels:kindly choose drivers and the subagents carefully. it will give u bad name because of them.or else I would have given 5 star for cab and driver category. north Sikkim trip..great exp..great driver who was so kind and guided us properly.thank you Sooraj bhaiyya (Driver)

We have traveled from 16-22 June'2017. Over all tour organised by YES Tourism ("YES") was awarsome in such adverse conditions. Whole Time Dipankar of YES was in contact with us regarding CAB, Hotels and situations. we have followed as suggested by them and enjoyed the trip very much. at the Last moment we have to change from Darjeeling to Pelling. Pelling was really worth and seems Heaven of world (you can say small Switzerland of India). we have touched clouds by hand and very Natural place. if one want to see nature then must visit Pelling. Home Stay at Pelling at Dapar Village was very nice. it was different experience for us. we all inclusive of Children have enjoyed Campfire. Mr. Indira (Owner of Home Stay) and his family was very friendly. Yuksome and shinsore village at Pelling was awesome. Nathula Pass and Paragliding was some type of different experience. Clubbing of vehicles by Sikkim Tourism for Nathula is a problem. we want to visit again Sikkim and will select YES and tour partner. Whenever airport will start at Gangtok, we will go there. but not follow the Hill stretch from Siliguri to Sikkim Border. At Last, Special Thanks to Mr. Dipankar and Mr. Indira. also thanks to Palzong (Cab Owner to Nathula) and Mr. Suraj (CAb owner to Pelling) and Mr. Vija (Gangtok Guy of YES). Yes Tourism.. has done good co-ordination during Trip. Over all Trips is good. however, please consider at least 3 star hotels only while in Sikkim and west bengal as lower hotel facilities are below average. .

First of all our travel advisor Mr. Veeral Deewan was a joke.... He was of no help to us.... There is no point to book any package from Travel Triangle as whenever you need any help the travel triangle people says that you talk to your travel agent... So Veeral Deewan was just useless. Coming back to yes tourism... These guys are frauds. We book a package from these guys and told them very specifically about our hotel needs. But when we reach our destination our hotel rooms were not as we desired. The hotel people completely blamed Mr. Dipankar and Mr. Inderjeet and told us that they never conveyed us what were your requirement. The food in the hotels were very bad. The staff was not professional at all. Mr. Bijay the transport incharge was a very lazy person… lied all the time… he never sent a cab on time to us… Yes tourism is a very bad choice for booking any kind of packages…. These guys are making easy money by looting people. The spots they showed us….. some of them were permanently closed… our cab driver told us…. Sir yes tourism people knew that these spots were closed they just wasted your time. I would recommened all who are reading this not to book any package from these guys. They charge a lot and loot you. Also if these guys gives you the option of Hotel White Counch Residency just reject it… it is the dirtiest hotel in gangtok…. Too noisy…, dirty…. Smelly…. Bad food… unprofessional staff…. A very bad experience with Yes tourism and sadly Travel Triangle didn’t helped at all. Mr. Veeral dewan shame on you.
