This was my first international trip through flight. I was lil anxious about my trip as this was my honeymoon trip which will be remembered forever, then one of my friend suggest me to do booking through Travel Triangle. Anurag was our co-ordinator for this trip and he has replied for my each and every query(even silly ones). Our trip was well planned and made successful. Our tour guide cum driver, Dodik is an awesome person and now good friend of mine. he helped and guide us in best possible way. This was a perfect trip for me and my wife. It was a memorable and Hazel free trip .Thanks to Mr Konark .We approached D' organizers in the last minute and they took us through the entire process smoothly without ant stress . Konark kept up the commitments .Good job Konark .

It was perfect !! from my travel agent slection to destination slection to resort selection !! Everything ended up just "PERFECT". I heartily thank Monika of D-organizers for her continuous support and assistance. Great job !! Le'merdien was too good. Location, Hospitality & food was awesome !!

I went to Mauritius. Everything was perfect. Service provided by D Organizers is appreciable. Special note of thanks for Monica. The best thing i liked in Mauritius was stay in Radisson Blue thanks for that....wouLd be looking forward for another trip soon.

Good trip

Overall trip was good and well planned by konark ( D' organizers). It was memorable But in singapore 2nd last day driver was rude and not good..he left us in hotel.. but apart of this overall trip was owsam and hotels in bali was outstanding... Candle night dinner in kuta, UBud, and universal.studio in singapore

It was my honeymoon trip and my first trip abroad to Mauritius. First of all such a beautiful place. D'organisers had planned my trip very nicely, everything was pre-arranged, no hassels. I wanted it to be special for both of us and it came up more beautifully than what I had wished...Thanks a lot !!! Their travel partners(all staff -guides, cab drivers) at Mauritius were very professional and handled all tourists very nicely. I chose Le Meridien to stay. The hotel is very nice and they have one indian restaurant as well. The itinerary was well planned and all necessary information was told beforehand. Overall It was a great experience...thanks to Travel triangle, Deft Organisers especially to Monica for organising it so well that i didn't have to worry about anything. I would strongly recommend them for planning any trip and would definitely choose them for my future trip. Interaction with lions and Catamaran Cruise were the most memorable part of the trip

If you planning for honeymoon tour its better to book from known agencies. We had booked package from D’organizers including flights on basis of reliability they shown while quoting. But we were disappointed about flight booking when no care was shown or intimidated about flight cancellation while returning from Bali. They provide only driver for bali sightseeing and local visits not a guide, so it was just a driver not a guide at any point to make you understand or introduce about the culture and sights. The driver they chose for us was just to buy entrance tickets for us. It was informed while quoting that a proper guide and driver will be available. Also he dropped us at dinner point Rock bar and recommended local taxi for returning back to hotel by paying extra amount. It was just due to communication gap between agency and driver, at local point as a tourist you cannot argue with driver and his excuses so we had no option other then to relieve him. Also some activities need to deeply understood and check while finalising it, and also with last moment itinerary generated, we faced some issue for water sports that made us to pay more at location. Positive points are about suggested properties and its hospitality for which Bali is known for. Bali hospitality and people.

I had lot of issues which I am stating, It is absolutely necessary that you take the final itinerary from D'Organisers well before you travel. I kept on asking for the same as I was travelling immediately after my wedding and it was very difficult to follow with them during other wedding arrangement. They said it will be couriered which never happen then I have to ask them to mail so I can carry print copy with me, which was mailed in tits and bits on the day before my travel. I could not verify the details what was promised on e-mail earlier and later I realized that several things were missing from the itinerary, after reaching Bali driver gave us itinerary which was very much different. When I contacted D Organiser person on whatsapp from Bali responses from them were very late then I have to contact Travel Triangle team for immediate action. There was several discrepancies in my package compared to what driver gave to us. For instance- "couple spa" & "inhouse liquor" & "Para Sailing" & visit to "Taman Ayun, Waterfall, Monkey Forest". Many of these were denied saying that it was removed due to bad weather, We didn't visit "Taman Ayun, Waterfall, Monkey Forest" they make us visit some wood/silver art and handicrafts. For "Couple Spa" we have to literally fight with them to arrange. "Inhouse liquor" never came. Most important was "Travel Insurance", I keep on chasing till last day they asked us to share passport copies again on whatsapp (earlier shared on mail for air ticket booking) still I never received "Travel Insurance". I had also faced issues with air ticket-both passenger name was not written they have just shared invoice copy where total value was almost 8000 less then proposed. I have been asking to add some other activities to compensate this but they never listen. Also, I wish they should have advised/arranged food for vegetarians, since vegetarian food is very difficult to get @bali. Also, they should ensure to prebook in flight meal & web checkin for their guest as a gesture of goodwill (Me and my wife have to fly on different seats) during our checkin at counter we get to know all seat are full and most of them have web check-in in advance, I was surprised what our travel agents are doing. I have not lodged a formal complaint with travel triangle as I am quite certain I wont get compensated for it. Bali is a beautiful place. Generally i found the people very nice and well behaved. Our first hotel was as usual but our 2nd hotel-private villa with pool (Alam Puri Villa) was excellent, later we realized we should have opted to stay at second hotel throughout, though breakfast option was very limited for Indian specially Veg food.

Long Beach Resort was the property that we choose and it was simply outstanding. Everything was perfect. Service provided by D Organizers and Seaside Holidays were very good. Special note of thanks for Monica. Inshort a trip to pradise island was just perfect. Only problem was Indian food. If u r an indian food lover only then it might be a bit of issue. Hard to chose one as the trip itself was into a paradise island. Everything was like a dream come true.

I went to Mauritius for my honeymoon. Overall D Organisers had managed it nicely and their partner agency in Mauritius were very nice people and professional. Hotel location was good we enjoyed at the beach most of our time. Hotel service, room which was given to us was very bad though after complaining many times we were given another room which was better. As we are vegie so food was the issue for us and to make it worse Indian Food was pathetic. We order a pizza on room service which was pathetic and base was burnt and taste less. So we enjoyed our honeymoon minus food :)

Thanks to Deft Organizers and Anurag, for helping me plan my honey moon in Bali. The entire vacation was beautifully organized and efficiently executed. My preferences were kept in mind while planning and my taste was well met. It was dream that we were looking forward to live and it came up more beautifully than what we had imagined...Thanks a lot !!! The flaura and fauna of Bali is amazing and more than that the people there are beautiful souls. Special mention to our guide come chauffeur Vayan, very smart and helping guy. we loved his company and he helped us with best of his efforts.

I would like to thanks Deft Organizers for organzin the wonderful trip to singapore and bali. Overall it was a very positive experience and everything was arranged nicely. Driver arranged at bali was superb and very co operative.We really liked it Once again Thanks Vikash and Payal

I wish the organizer could arrange food for vegetarians.. since vegetarian food is very difficult to get @bali All over the trip was good, but veg food is hard to get in Bali.
