The entire trip was great we took only sightseeing and transfers from D’Org, we took the package only 3 days of our departure and they’re extremely professional in terms of providing handovers and all that. The driver “Dharma” is great!! He was very helpful throughout the trip.

Had a very wonderful time becoz of Travel Triangle.....OHHHHH..... wat a experience... I am writing this mail to thank you for your excellent coordination and guidance for my honeymoon trip to Bali. My entire trip went without any hiccups and problem. 1. The flight you selected was good. My wife liked the food served in the flight. 2. The hotels Kuta heritage and The Bali dream villa were excellent in their own way. we were able to experience both the happening and peaceful culture of Bali. 3. The transfer arranged in the private vehicle were very luxurious and safe. This was one of my main concern but at the end I am very satisfied with the service provided by your Bali team. ( Driver Kumang was quite friendly and helpful) 4. The best part was our candle light dinner you provided to us. I think that was very good concept. Kudos to your team who arranged it for us. 5. Finally the small gift with the souvenir and our photo frame with it was cherry on the cake. I would like to thank the entire team of D organizers and Travel triangle for arranging such an excellent trip. I would also like to mention Anurag who excellently coordinated with me from day 1 till the last day of my trip. With regards to the Bali trip organized by ‘Travel Triangle’ through D’organizers’ from 7th July to 15th July, I am very happy and pleased to say that the trip was well organized, bearing a few hiccups and Anurag of D’organizers had planned and executed the trip excellently. From the time we landed in Bali till we flew back to Mumbai, we had a very pleasant and satisfying experience. However, overall we had a very pleasant experience and with D’organizers, in general and Anurag, in particular for a memorable tour.

I recently returned from a trip from Mauritius. The experience was very pleasant and satisfying. It was impressive to receive complete details of what all the package included prior to departure and at very reasonable price . The travel agents were very professional, thoughtful & helpful. I really appreciate the itinerary prepared by travel triangle and my special thanx to Mrs. Monica Kapoor who is very co-operative, hard working lady besides this she was available 24x7 for any queries. I strongly recommend this for anyone looking for a hassle free vacation.

one of my frnd suggested me to book trip with travel triangle at it was my best trip till now. d'org made really nice itinerary we got enough time to enjoy n relax. pool villa was very beautiful n hospitality of the staff there was very appreciable .driver n guide was was very nice n funny guy he entertained us n guided abut the city really well he made our trip even more memorable . pool villa and visit to tanha lot temple

Singapore: About our stay - Hotel Boss is nice, newly opened Hotel. Lucky got room on 17th floor with a big window with beautiful view of little Italy n a long distance view of Flyers (Marina Bay). Room was too small n bathroom was very small bare minimum space but hygiene place. But very large inviting Reception lounge. Breakfast had not much varieties n daily same menu was there which was boring if u travel abroad n dont hv varieties in breakfast then u dont njoy! Even they didn't hv any live counters like egg items! which in India u can hv in any hotel. But u get lots of options available in little Italy which is just a walking distance from hotel. Metro station is also at a walking distance in case u miss the coach in ur travel. Climate was very Humid. For Universal studio, Sentosa island one should hv full day for each places. Marina Bay, Garden by bay n Flyier I would suggest visit in evening (don't spend any money for this during city tour as the agents there they charge More in coach). After that onevcan hv dinner at Clerk way. Overall 3.5/5 for hotel n services. Malysia - Genting: I think Travel Triangle and De'organizers have no proper sub agents or connections in Whole Malaysia. From day one some or other 'Gadbad' was happening... Initially we were informed that we will get new itinery when we will reach there. We were supposed to have one way cable car ride while going to Genting but the coach driver had to pick someone from Genting so he said ur cable car ride is arranged while returning as he would hv to travel without any passengers. After reaching First World hotel (which is the World's Largest hotel almost a small town itself with 7000 rooms) there were two guys they made us stand in queue for registration and they went away ... As I didn't have local card for Malaysia I had to ask someone to call that agent and call them back. Now in my package I had taken breakfast but came to know at the reception that De'organizers agents had not deposited the money for our breakfast. I called up Konarkji from there and he said "Sir aap abhi bhar do mein aate hi aapke account me deposit kar dunga". Which after 25 days also I haven't received. Hv mailed to both Travel Triangle and Konarkji but no response!!! The guy (local agent) who was there on our arrival was asking if we want to hv packed dinner from outside and informed us that in hotel it will b very costly and asked 40 for Non-veg parcel n 35 rangette for veg but we didn't take. In hotel u can get many many options to eat as there are many restaurants , small food joints etc in Hotel itself. We were not informed by agent Konarkji That All Rides (which is the main attraction of Genting) are under renovation n will open in 2017 which was very Sad n unexpected from Travel Agent's part to inform us in advance. We had selected Genting highlands only to enjoy Rides so those who r taking Genting for rides they may travel after 2017...!!! On second day while returning the driver said there is no cable ride in ur itinery ! Which was again a new thing to hear!!! When I showed him our old itinery he talked in his office n then gave us money to take cable ride to return. One should not miss this ride. In hotel upon request had got room on 24th floor which was like heaven clouds were beneath our room. Superb view n due to rains the weather was awesome. In Hotel Tower-3 building was newly renovated and with great modern interiors of passages (tower-1&2 are old ones)... The hotel has many entertainments like snow park, little childrens rides, gaming zones, toy trains, etc. Many food options are available. Overall stay n hotel was good. 4/5 for Property & 1/5 for services of Agents. Kuala Lumpur: Hotel was Star Point located in main crowded shopping area. The rooms were good 3/5 breakfast was good with south Indian, Egg items options etc were available. Metro station just 5 minutes walking distance from hotel. One should not miss to visit Patrona's twin towers in evening!!! Next day was our city tour n there was no information what time to go. Asked reception in evening they said they also don't know about our itinerary and asked to call on Nos that we have in our old itinerary but nobody was picking our phone. Next day after breakfast we were waiting from 8:45 for our coach to pick us for City ride. Nobody came till 10:30 Called the local agent and he said that De'organizers have not deposited any money for ur city tour!!! I had to again call to konarkji ... And after waisting our precious time of 4 hours in reception lobby at 12:30 Konarkji replied that now 3 pm coach will come n take u to city tour n from there will drop to airport. Overall hotel 3/5, .5/5 for poor service by De'organizers. Overall both Singapore n Malaysia are a nice place to Visit with Family. For the Travel Triangle n Travel partners De'organizers Lots of Clarity and transperancy should be there between tour organizers and Clients as everyone is travelling with a budget and not going to visit it again in at least 10years. I was not cleared about my Visa charges which after sending mails n msgs for one month got reply from Konarkji that Visa Charges are not included in the deal which I had to bare from my pocket at the last moment. Till last day i didnt have any booking confirmation for Malaysia which i got just few hours before my flight. Taking all money in advance from Clients and not paying to Hotels n local agents is a sad part. Hope the money which I paid for breakfast will b refunded.

Our experience with Def Organizers was fabulous.All our bookings were taken care off with utmost ease and efficiency.From the time we were welcomed in Bali, with garlands till our final drop off we were taken care of by our lovely tour leader and jovial chauffeur.We stayed at Grand Hyatt and Pepper Seminyak villas.Our experience was majestic and Mr. Konark and Mr. Anurag specially helped us design our package . They even kept co- ordinating with the local agents during our tour to make us more comfortable. They even surprised us on my son's 18th birthday with a special celebration at the Bali Hi Cruise. The river rafting experience was also incredible.I surely recommend booking with Def Organizers
