I went to Bali for my honeymoon. Overall D Organisers had managed it nicely and their counterpart agency in Bali were very nice people and professional. However, I had some issues which I am stating so that others take care of that. It is absolutely necessary that you take the final itinerary from D Organisers well before you travel. I kept on asking for the same and I was given that on the day before my travel. I could not verify the details from what I was promised on e-mail earlier and later I realised that few things are missing from the itinerary. While some of those were given when I contacted D Organiser person on whatsapp from Bali, some were denied saying that it was mentioned in the e-mail by mistake. For instance, my package mentioned "Jet Ski" as an inclusion but later I was told they just mentioned it by mistake. I have not lodged a formal complaint with travel triangle as I am quite certain I wont get compensated for it. Similarly a dinner was missed out but it was provided when I asked them for it. Also, do carefully see what is written and don't assume anything. For instance, take in writing which restaurants they will arrange the meals so that you dont get duped in the end. The driver I was provided there was really really bad and that added to my displeasure there but at least they agreed that it was their mistake and they could have provided me with a better driver (that doesnt help me out though). All said and done, apart from few hiccups and inclusions which I wasnt provided, the trip was managed okay. Bali is a beautiful place. Generally i found the people to be very nice and well behaved

At first thanks Anurag for making this trip great, it was a nice customized trip which we enjoyed a lot. Bali is a nice scenic place to enjoy. Hotel was fine as usual services but our private villa was also excellent, nice people and nice environment. Cheap markets to explore in ubud for wood art and handicrafts, great night life and local market in Seminyak; all in all it was a nice experience. Our transport/guide guy "Ketut Ardana" was very nice and was trying in every best possible way to make us acquainted with the place. However there were some glitches in arrangements while transfers to another hotel plus as promised there were no surprises. I also came to know that something was planned for us but it was not made available in our tour, this took my experience little bit on downside. Going forward I would once again book another tour with D'Organizers. Thanks Team.

The trip was very good. Bali is an amazing place to visit. Lot of greenery and lovely people. I wish I could build a home there and stay forever. For the trip, the arrangements was good but bit messed up. Anurag from D'Organizers did a fantastic job in solving my issues on the trip. Thanks Anurag for all the support. Overall I loved Bali a lot and will surely visit once again in coming years. Best memory would be the 3D DMZ museum with lot of 3D pictures.

The trip is very good and well organized by Ms. Monica from D'Organizer. All the arrangements are on time. The hotel Anelia is very beautiful with private beach. Thanks Agent- Good Luck. Mauritius is a very good place and blessed with beautiful beaches with crystal clear water. Beside this, it also has the Scenic beauty. People here are very cooperative.

Agent from D'Organizers - Anurag very well planned the trip for us (7D6N - Bali and Singapore) . He guided us where to visit and where not. Enjoyed every activity and it was a great experience altogether. I would be using the travel agency D'Organizers again and would recommend to use the services of Mr. Anurag as he is very meticulous in planning the trip.

Overall experience was good, I enjoyed the trip a lot, hotels were of very good quality and hospitality was awsome. Iteniary management could have been better. I had Tanah lot and bendugal tour in my package but it was not included in the iteniary. Also para sailing could not be done as water sports agency was interested in provided in the service. D' organisers made our honeymoon a wonderful trip right from customising my itinerary to selecting the hotel and keeping in touch during my journey! I would strongly recommend them for planning any trip were you would need a travel agent. and the best part is all this could happen without meeting these guys with the help of travel triangle... everything!

In hotel we request that almost toppest floor also view side but agent arranged in 15 floor OK but they didn't arranged in view side . I strongly dissatisfied in this. Then my suggestion to agent that garden by the bay was very superb at night time. So for tourist please make arrange garden by the bay visit time at evening 6-8 It was a great trip and great experience we moved right through and took several great pictures to remember our experience.
