The trip planned with travel masterz was a great and a memorable one. Hotel location in zurich was not good, was far off from the city and half Hour Tram required to reach closest railway staion, could have been better. Interlaken, Paris and Zermatt -- were great as cities hotel and arrangements, Switzerland is a Wonderful place and a must do but in summers that is May onwards. Travel Masterz Coordinator Vikas was very helpful through out the trip and his personal touch has made trip more memorable . Overall a nice Vendor given by Travel Triangle (Shilpa was wonderful in Coordination and making sure that trip goes well in line) Things to Note _- 1) The Voucher of Jungfrau should be converted into Tickets from lauterbrunnen by showing Swiss Rail Pass. 2) The Voucher of Mt Titlis should be converted into Tickets from Engelberg by showing Swiss Rail Pass. 3) For Blackforest tour (part of Germany) needs Original Passport to be carried. Overall wonderful trip Organised by Travel Masterz and Travel Triangle.

we were on our anniversary but our seats were not together,neither did we have twin beds in room nor did we get veg meals on air... persons who greeted us in greece were really great ,fun and lively... hotels and transfers were very good... greece extremely charming... the agent at travelmasterz was very welcoming and easy to speak and helpful with our customization yet we hoped we could recieve a goodbye or welcome call... sunset at santorini clubs in mikonos athens excellent for history buffs

In terms of the quotation, the prices were pretty competitive and there was a decent spread of all the main activities in all cities. The hotels were conveniently located and were comfortable. However, the major issues I faced with the vendor was around the scheduling part where the assigned agent (Arpitha) who was a rude, arrogant and not accommodative of changes making her a bit unapproachable. She kept her involvement bare minimum. She kept mentioning the terms and conditions for every small thing. No one from the compny even bothered to call me and run me through the itinerary before the trip. At a few places they messed up my bookings giving me absurd reasons with the terms and conditions. Despite having competitive pricing, I will not book with Travel Masters again.

The trip was well organised and time ulitization was very good, kudos to Arpita for that. The hotels were ok, nothing special but located suitably. I upgrated to 4 star hotel in florance and paid around 5k extra for that and that was comparably the worst hotel; very tiny room, extremely small washroom. The hotel in cinque terre was quite good and had stuffed fridge smart tv and comfortable bed. Other then that the tours were good, cab service was awesome. We collected good memories of italy but personally i was expecting good hotels too for my honeymoon. Wine tour and morning stroll in Venice. And amazing food

the trip planned with travel masterz was a great and a memorable one. Hotel location in zurich was not good, was far off from the city and closest railway staion, could have been better. Luzerne and Wengen were great as cities hotel and arrangements, Geneva did not hv much to offer as a city compared to others, but the hotel was good. Switzerland is a great place and a must do but in summers that is May onwards, April is the time we went even though lesser tourist but it is still cold. The services were okay. The cab and pickup services were only for airport and not from railway station to hotel which cost us alot of money. However our trip was good though!

Seychelles Well planned by Travel Masterz. Hotel - Superb. Cab and Meet n Greet Rating- Very good.. Cab was present at every spot on perfect time. Agent rating- Sorry to say but i don't have good experience with the agent from Travel Masterz, but i am thankful to them for arranging flight one day prior when actual flight got cancelled. I will suggest agent should be little polite and we contact Holiday planner to reduce our efforts and get trip properly planned. So if we are finding some mismatch in planning we requested it to agent but response was really bad. Srilanka Worst planning. Activity was 200+ km away from the hotel booked by Travel Masterz. It was very bad planned. it took 5 hrs to reach the spot and again 5 hers to come back hotel. Hotel- I was told its five star hotel, but it was not at all like 5 star. Hotel was not upto the mark of 3 star hotel. Rooms were small and horribly stinking. I will request not to book Galadari hotel as we have really good hotels near by. Cab - only one thing which was superb in whole Srilanka trip. Very polite and helpful. I will surely recommend TravelTriangle but i doubt about Travel Masterz. Srilanka part of my holiday was really bad experience due to very improper planning.
