Thank You Travel Triangle and Team Travel Masterz for making it a wonderful trip. The itinerary and arrangement made by you people at Paris, Barcelona and Madrid were all top notch. Frankly I couldn't find any deficiency in your services throughout the trip. Not a single flaw. Amazing. I would be honest, initially I was very skeptical about Travel Masterz and wanted to go ahead with some known names in the industry. In fact the quotations which were made available to us (by different vendors) were quite competitive. But I must admit the way Punarvasu persuaded me for this trip, I have become fan. He is an amazing guy who will take you through every minute details of the itinerary/package without making any false promises. No wonder Consultant represents the Company. Despite the fact that I had made several customisation in my itinerary, they were patient enough to make such changes wherever demanded. Also, the team have an immense knowledge about all the destinations, which makes it very easy/convenient for us in our decision making. They would also tell you the loopholes which the other tour operators usually exercise to sell off their packages. The best part of our trip is the hotels, which were right there at the City Centre. We never had to worry about the travel, as most of the places to visit were at the walking distance. Also, special thanks to Arpita for her last minute suggestions. They were quite useful. She knows the city in and out. Top of that, they'll call you on your local number (provided by them as a complementary service) to keep a check whether everything is as per the plan or not. They have offered more than what they had promised; now this is something which is unheard in Indian travel industry. Thanks a ton Vasu and entire Travel Masterz team. I would highly recommend everyone to plan their holidays with Travel Triangle and Travel Masterz.

Wonderful trip and well planned

When you are super hungry and presented with your favourite food, all you have to do is to dig in and relish. When our holiday mood set in, we reached out to travel triangle who then directed us to travel masterz, who catered all our needs. All we had to do is enjoy the long day in Europe (sunsets around ten). We would like to thank Arpita and team of travel masterz for making our trip totally fantastic. Right from the beginning everything was smooth and professional. Their expertise and flawless arrangments helped us to enjoy this trip without any need to worry. Hotels were absolutely comfortable. At first we were not very much interested in paris, but two days in Paris remains close to heart. Eiffel tower visit and city tour were so perfect, we were delighted to the core. Exploring the city through trains left us with immense of experience that would lack in group tours. While on tour, they kept in touch with us, called us in between to check if everything was smooth and safe. We had a small issue with our simcard, which was promptly followed and fixed by them. There was a final change in the hotel at Interlaken, we were uncertain how it would be, but to our surprise the people in the hotel were very kind and helping. Hilton hotel in Zurich was really good. Its hard to please a person in all the spheres, but you succeded in it. We are very much delighted to have found you. As it goes "The best advertising is done by satisfied customers", we would recommend Travel masterz to all our friends and relatives. For others who are looking out to travel with them, please go on without any hestitation and you will be happy with your decision. Good work guys, keep on rocking !!

Hotel in Florence and Rome booked for Triple room and vochers are also for triple room. However both places we had been told by hotel booking is only for double bed. Also hotel in Florence was pathetic. Travel agent unable to help there. Now following up with them for what was issue on this and refund.

We had to follow up a lot for our trip (eg for Visa documents and processing, trip details, vouchers, cab arrangement etc) was expecting travel agent to take some responsibility. Pros: Can be customized tour Cons: Not much support during Visa processing and trip i.e. you are on your own; rooms were quite small as compared to 4-star hotels. Weather in Italy was quite favorable at this time of year.

Arpita and Team did a great job of arranging everything smoothly. Thank you for the wonderful trip. We would do more such trips with Travel Masterz!

The honeymoon trip was wonderful. I liked the detailed planing and itenary that you gave me. It really helped and I also appreciate your calls before our trip, going through vouchers and during our trip to ensure evrything was fine. We were just too occupied after coming back from honeymoon so couldnt upload the pics. I have told Neetu to upload the pic and she should be doing it soon. I'm on my way back to Dubai so at the airport. I hope we will have many more trips in coming years with your help. Thanks and regards, Laju

Thanks a lot Travel Triangle. You guys have made this trip an effortless journey. It was exactly how we wanted. The idea of spending the day on our own made us the explorers and we had fun doing that. However the comfort was also ensured in terms of pick ups and drops to important points such as Hotel<>Airport and Port. The hotels were decent and provided good services. The Travel Masterz team figured out our need for Indian food and both the hotels had Indian Kitchen. All in all it was an amazing vacation. We look forward to more trips with you. The best memory of the trip was the association of 7°South for the tour of La Digue where we explored the island on the Bicycle and witnessed the breathtaking view of Grand Anse. We also explored La Estate and saw Giant Turtles which was mind boggling.

Travel Masterz, I am reaching out to you to thank you very much for your meticulous and Diligent planning of our trip. Starting from the time of our Visa processing to the time we left Rome airport you guys really showed how professional you guys were and how well you know how to make your customers happy. As a sales professional for last 13 years I have seen that if you keep your customer happy, he/she will go out of his/her way to help you win . .I know that this is a team work here but I would like to definitely mention the one Individual who has made a remarkable difference in me going ahead with Travel Masterz .She is none other than Arpita.One thing which stands apart is her profound knowledge of the territory ( Europe). She gave us valued and well informed insight of shopping places, metro stations, route maps and eateries in each and every place we visited. She called us every 2nd day to find if we have reached airport/Station or the driver has arrived on time etc… The icing on the cake was when she arranged for some chocolates /Card for my daughters Bday which was a sweet surprise..Rarely do we see professionals having this personal touch.. Arpita ..keep up your good work and I have definitely learned some things from you which would help me in my professional career. The trip was planned very nicely by Arpita and her team. The details were precise and hotel locations were near perfect. The only problem we had in the itinerary was in Rome where we had Colosseum and Vatican City planned on the same day. Because of which we had to skip Colosseum. The rooms were good overall except in Paris where the room was just too small. The response time was very good overall for any queries placed before them. One area of opportunity for you guys is, providing all the details(passes and tickets) for the trip 15 days prior to start of trip. We got out tickets just a week in advance. Overall I would recommend their services. For travel triangle we would suggest that please be more involved in the entire process. We were not brought in contact with sufficient vendors. 2-3 new vendors were brought in picture a week before of our final stage. Overall we would like to thank you all for an awesome trip. :) We loved Florence. Will be going there again for sure.

What more can we say! We got more than what we expected in every aspect. The way entire trip was planned and designed by Travel Masterz, reflects the experience and hard work that their team puts in. Right from the time that I first spoke to Arpita regarding my vacation plan for Italy, I realised the depth of details and experience that she brought to the table which made me immediately take the decision to sign up for their services. A very well customised itinerary, continuous search by Travel Masterz team till the last moment for providing upgraded services, and prompt response on call and WhatsApp for any queries is what the words THANK YOU will be very small.
