Dear Tabish. It was a nice experience getting the booking done through you guys. The trip was overall well managed with a few glitches. The travel master guys were easily reachable throughout and the arrangements made were upto the expectations. One thing I would like to mention is that Mr Vikas, got dinner included in our booking at a very nominal price, though we had asked for bnb only. And he did that on his own, the effort is really appreciated. There was a confusion in the booking of the second hotel though and the same was not booked under the honeymoon freebies, the replies from travel masters on the same could have been more prompt. Overall a great trip. Thanks for your services. Looking forward to get my future trips planned by you guys.

Hotel location in Zurich was not good. It should be in the city rather than outskirts places. My experience with Alitalia airlines was very bad. Flight was cancelled n it was displayed only 35 mins before actual departure time. Our luggage was already checked in. We have to collect our luggage from lost n found counter to board the next replacement flight that was arranged by Alitalia. No support from the tour operator in this situation. Even tour operator was not aware of the situation also. I had informed them instead. Also for city tour in Paris one part of our tour was not available because of rainfall since last few days in Paris n our tour operator had not informed us about this river cruise not happing because same was closed since last week. When I informed them n asked for replacement, I was told that there will be no replacement n I should contact the local tour operator only for refund of my money which I never got back. I had booked my tour from tour operator in India n when it comes for refund of money for some commitment which was not meet why should I claim it from local tour operator in Paris? Overall it was average services provided by the tour operator nothing extra ordinary.

We booked a 6N-7D trip to Seychelles for our honeymoon, and everything was very well arranged. The hotels, pick-ups, transits and all other communication were very smooth and well-coordinated, including few last minute changes from the airline. Wonderfully planned trip overall. The only issue was that the travel partner at Seychelles had a minor issue during check-out on final day of the trip where they arrived a little late for the pick-up, but the timings were arranged such that we still did not have a delay in our overall plan. A big thumbs up for Shalini and the team at Travel Masterz! Looking forward to more trips in the future.

Thank you travel triangle for organizing our Seychelles Trip. The on trip pick up and cab services were right on time and hassle free. Our check in at the hotel was smooth too. Two things i would like to mention was 1. Both our tickets for one sector of the travel was sent in the same name of one of the traveller, we also overlooked this as the name of the ticket pdf was different but the ticket inside was another name. This caused a small hiccup during our transit. 2. The waiting time after checkout until cab pick up is a long enough . if this can be more optimised , then it would have been much better Overall a great travel experience . Thank you

We had booked a trip for Seychelles. At the start we were a little bit anxious about it since it is visa on arrival. But when we landed, we got the visa quite fast. Since we got out of the airport, there has always been a representative at each pick up and drop point. Everything was well planned and executed and on time. There has not been any instance when there was no body available where they should have been. I am very happy with the planning and co-ordination. The only point I have is there was huge time duration on the date when we had to checkout, between the checkout and the pick up. This was not clear earlier. Since we had checked out, we had nothing to do except to roam around in the hotel. So we had to kill almost 5 hours in first instance and 7 hours in second instance, which could have been better utilized and planned if it had been informed earlier. Except that, I am very happy with the service provided. Thank you.

Well coordinated trip . We booked a 10 day euro trip with them including Paris,Switzerland and Italy. The trip was very well planned. All the vouchers including air tickets, hotel bookings, sight seeing tickets were shared in advance.
