Hotels given in Munnar and Alleppey were wonderful, just one hotel at thekkady, was an average hotel and with very spicy food. Overall it was an beautiful experience. I really Appreciate the service, thanks again for the lovely experience.

Good Experience with travel triangle

1. Broad bean Hotel at Cochin was noisy, stuffy room and sweaty restaurant with spicy food. Rest all good hotels. 2. The driver cum guide was less informative and was not ready even a kilometre of extra travel. He could have easily taken us to Cherai beach while on way to Munnar from Guruvayur which he later informed. 3. The travel agent although was helpful but couldn't arrange the itirenanry properly because of which we couldn't see Cherai beach and missed Munnar national park. 4. When a person book cab for 5 days, he expects that the cab is available for 24 hours. When I had fever and requested the driver to get me a medicine from nearby chemist shop at 9 PM he refused saying all chemist shops are closed. Later I was told point blank that the vehicle will not travel more than 100Kms per day even an extra KM is chargeable.

Travel triangle is my go to website when I am planning a trip, the quotation is here Quite competitive. But multiple calls continuously from the agents is quite irritating until we book. Other than that overall experience is good. Best part of my trip was Thekkady jungle safari and the kalari show. Kondai lip ambience was pleasing.

It was very good experience since the day I started planning my trip. I was planning for New Year's Eve, so it was difficult to find good stays but Travel Triangle partner found good and cost efficient plan within short span of time. Special kudos to Pallavi Pandey from Travel Unbounded who managed to get bookings within few hours before the hotels got sold out. The driver was extremely friendly and knew his job well. I hope to plan more trips in future with Travel Triangle.

The trip was good

The trip was smooth a very friendly and polite driver and the cab was very good, we enjoyed the trip overall, only problem was the hotel room at Alleppey No TV connection was provided Hot water was not available Bad smell outside the room The food was very bad (dinner) though breakfast was ok, The receptionist was never attended any of the problem they just kind of took us for granted and didn't address any of our queries. Munnar stay was nice, overall the sightseeing places were very good, it was all possible because of the very polite and good driver.

I had a wonderful experience on my Kerala Trip. Mamta the travel agent was very attentive and always available. The driver assigned to us Mr Pradeep ji was very friendly and guides us throughout the tour.

Right from the pick up at the Tiruvananthapuram to the drop at Cochin airport the Cab driver had been very friendly and flexible. But the hotel services at in points was unsatisfactory. Overall the purpose of our Kerala visit was successful, awesome and memorable forever. The Sunrise, Sri Anant Padmanabhaswamy darshan, Jatayu Rock, Poovar backwaters cruise, Alleppey Boat House night stay and Sri Guruvayur Temple darshan have been beautiful and exciting experience.
