Travel Unbounded

We managed to have a good trip thanks to Travel Unbounded team. Rain played spoil sport in Houseboat. The houseboat was given in Kumarakom while the vouchers had it in Allepey! Houseboat needed much of cleanliness. But food was delicious and crew were very nice. TT has very bad cancellation policies. In a human society plans do go haywire but TT deducts hefty amounts in case of cancellation. And the tour guide Varsha was simply unreachable and messed up entire thing when she picked call. High time TT to become customer friendly else no point paying a platform aggregator substantial amounts for almost nothing... But Travel Unbounded helped ensure overall good expereince. Driver Mr Praveen was excellent gentleman. Happiness was when the weather unexpectedly becomes clear in Munnar and houseboat. Boat house and travel agent help could have been better. Hotel stay were good. Driver and tempo was good. Boathouse was let down, boat house which we got was very old and not comfortable to sleep as it was slanted in the inside. Travel agents need to improve like I had to go back of them for numbers and updates They could have provided some timely updates. Also travel agent could have informed about the online availability of certain entrances in advance to avoid the rush and non availability which was disappointing.

I am really thankful to the service agent mamatha madam. She help sort out many problems during the trip. I enjoyed in munnar weather and tea plantations. Alleppey baot and kochi beach and fort

Overall best service from Travel Team, Cab and Hotel Best driver Binoy Chetan. As stated in his cab come as a guest go as a friend. He not only loves his job, treat guest as friend.

First of all I will thank you Pallavi Pandey for politely listening me & giving proper guidance while making the Iternary.. Hotels were very good & my family was very comfortable. Driver Albin Savy handled all the small small things very professionally right from picking us from Kochi Airport on first day to dropping us at Trivendrum Airport on last day. Breakfast provides by the hotels was very hygienic. Overall I will rate 10/10 to the service provided to me by the travel agent & all my further trips will plan from Travel Triangle only. Visit to Eravikulam National park at Munnar Elephant ride & Kalaripayattu at Thekkady Houseboat experience was best at Alleppey Kanyakumari & Padmanabhan Swami temple visit was the best part of the trip .

Kerala trip munnar and alephhy was good. Boat house experience was good and driver was calm and polite and boat house treat was good and food was nice and from travel agent ambika and sateesh always in touch for any queries and support and overall it was nice summer

Our experience is very good, we like rose garden photo shoot most, all the facilities like hotels, cab and candle light setup is quite nice , and last travel agent gives very nice service. Thank you

It is really a nice experience visiting kerala, travel triangle and it's partnered agent were helpful in making our trip memorable.

Entire trip for Kerala is good. But there are few things that need to be improved like: 1) Our trip was planned for 5 days, the final day we had a shopping and had time pass in Mall itself. I thought better planning needs to be there. 2) Cab driver might have known good places to visit and fare as well.

The trip was good, had a good planning with Mamta and the trip driver Shihab was really good for the whole trip.

Experience was really well but Driver dont know proper hindi and he is very lazy person. hotel in poovar was awesome and agent service also well. lady day of tour was very boring bcoz there was no any schedule for us. Kovlam and Poovar and verkala are the best places thanks Travel Triangle for the great memorable tour for us

Overall experience was very good especially last day stay in resort. But there can be better coordination between travel agent and transporter like I changed my itinerary and share with travel agent before booking she said ok but driver was not aware of it due to which I have to skip some places to visit which were in my package I paid extra for this but got nothing and in last day schedule candid photoshoot was included in package but when I asked for it in resort they were not aware of it and said they do not provide this kind of facility. So travel agent charged me extra for few changes but didn't get anything. Inspite of these things overall experience was very good.

Thanks a lot Pallavi@TravelUnbounded for arranging perfect trip to Kerala. It was amazing experience to tour Kerala in month of January. Itinerary was customized as per need and comfort. Our tour guide Mr. Asish is very skilled driver and helpful. Everything was covered perfectly in package. Me and my wife enjoyed alot. Munnar is beauty and our stay at Munnar was the best. View of the mountains from balcony and bedroom, sunrise while you are waking up are highlights.
