Everything was duly planned and went well other than the hotels which was a havoc for a bit ...but to last was a memorable and best journey we had. Lachung everyone should try once .. For family please don't visit that place for loaners that place rocks!!!

Travel triangle offered me good suggestions and saved me a lot of effort for some quality information. However, The comfort of not having to worry abt schedules, commutations or food was the best part

Himalayan Travels were good in discussing and providing suggestions to plan the itinerary. Very very quick and excellent response. Ms anjana responded at all times and always clarifying any doubts. They helped also to book the flights at lower price. All our interests were taken care Positives: Very systematic and approachable. They framed a good itinerary for us. We had very elderly people travelling with us abd that was also taken care of. They had organised a good driver who took us to all places, good restaurants and very friendly. Ms Anjana was reachable at any time. Liked the customer oriented approach Improvements: 1. Immigration.for Punakha was not considered and this was not known.to travel agent which slightly created confusion. But the driver knew it from his plan so was managed well but we at one moment felt stressed 2. The driver knew places but not any information on place. We expect atleast little overview from the driver , basic info perse 3. Wifi was not good at Thimpu, Punakha, Paro 4. Thimpu hotel , the geyser was not working and we had to request a lot to change the room. They finally did it but this must be checked from travels 5. Gangtey the road was not good and was not covered 6. Punakha hotel the doors knob was not closing, slight felt unsafe 7. Paro room, we got one room next to room where drivers sleep, it was bit noisy Pls ask hotel not to issue this room to tourists The whole trip was memorable to my friends and their parents. Very well arranged program except for improvements suggested above. We liked the punctuality of driver Ratan and he was friendly and helped us to negotiate during purchasing. We luvd the ride to che le LA pass, tiger nest hiking, Buddha point, docula pass,Thimpu city. All support staff at Paro, specially chimmi who packed us paratha neatly to take to tiger nest, which we needed badly when we reached there. The very nice veg restaurant at Paro for dinner. Overalk The people are honest, friendly. Tks again to anjana and our driver Ratan. Also to trvl triangle , I liked the way we got many possibilities of quote. Overall we are satisfied with the services from Travel triangle and Himalyan trvl and will luk fwd to use their services again and refer to others.

Meet and greet at NJP station was great. Drop off at Baghdogra Airport was also fine. All hotels except Kingaling at Punakha were good though the house keeping at Tiger Nest Paro was absent. The hotel alloted by Himalaya Travels in Punakha was disgraceful and not fit for the class of travel we paid for. Kingaling is a hotel fit to be near railway stations where people dont care much for quality. There were 3 cats in the room when we checked in. They changed us to standard rooms though we were booked for Dlx rooms. The toilet seat had broken in both the toilets. There was'not any ventilation in the toilet. The cuppord in one room was broken off.. A most unfortunate staying experience.

We had a pleasant trip with Himalayan Travels booked through Travel Triangle. Booking agent Jennifer was very helpful and coordinated the trip very well and made it a pleasant trip. Everything was taken care of including permit, transport and stay. Awesome! Stay at Thimpu had minor glitches like service, rooms etc. issue, rest of the trip was great. Trip to Tigers nest and stay at Paro was most memorable.

Due to sudden illness I could not move on tour but the tour operator has forfeited the entire deposit with no logic. In this regard there was no body to help.......very regrettable......

Overall a google experience to station with travel triangle. Willl continue to associate you in future itinerary. Thanking for all

As we had planned our visit very early into the tourist season, the connectivity between key locations was slightly bad which led us to modify our itinerary of peling to Kalimpong .. the tour was well conducted albeit the interaction with the travel agents which were always initiated from our side .. he however did all in his capacity to help but at times it was not enough .. the travel itienary could have been tailored with inputs from local cab drivers to yield greater benefits .. special credit should be given to the driver Rakesh which was with us from bagdogra till Gangtok.. he was very accommodating and well mannered enhancing the tour value ... the hotel at Gangtok was slightly away from the main market which did cause some inconvenience .. but the staff at hotel 5 seasons should get full credit for efforts taken by them to make our stay comfortable .. Overall a memorable well planned trip .. Rope Way and zoo at Darjeeling and para gliding at Kalimpong ... special mention to nathula pass visit

Tour was good but at the time when strike in Darjeeling occurs they charge me 1500 and dinner is not free for one day for the optional Tour for namchi, they charge more All things are good except last days
