We would recommend every affordable Indian visit Sikkim-Darjeeling before they are too old - thru TravelTriangle or otherwise. Mr.Ansari - from Delhi was by far prompt to answer our queries/calls - perhaps because he was far away from the tourist site. Himalayan Travels coordinator (let us withhold the name for her sake) seems to have no 'iccha' for taking responsibility - never kept up her word nor was responsive nor was honest. Is Travel Triangle aware that we were not taken to Nathulla Pass or the entire day's trip did not happen - even though it figures in the itinerary you sent us? How much are you going to refund us? You know at our age, we may never be able to travel thus far yet again. Greatest disappointment. Trans. coordn said he was intimated about our trip only a few days earlier that he could not manage to get permit for us. Also it was puja time was his excuse. We bkd in June and there was ample time for you to manage this. What expln do you have for this lapse. And feed back abt vehicle / driver arranged was zero. There was never one incoming call from any of the concerned on any day during the 9 day trip and each day it was always calls from our side for confirmation abt the vehicle being sent. And on the day we had to leave at 4 am to Tiger Hill, the driver has been given a wrong hotel name due to which we had to wait in anxiety at that time of the morning hour. We had to struggle a bit more because of our lack of hindi knowledge. :( In spite of all the above, the hotel bookings done in all the places were satisfactory, decent food, excellent places to visit. Of course, we must agree that but for not taking us to the places leading to Nathulla Pass, the trip was by far good and TravelTriangle can be given credit for the same. We would only suggestfuture travelers bkg via TT to - make sure taking the trips to all the places as programmed is fulfilled by them; Some arrangement to hold back a small percentage of the amount agreed upon, in the event of not being able to keep up all the places programmed - a rider to this effect at least; Very good, humane and friendly drivers - all of them uniformly. Nature-wise undoubtedly watching the Sun's rays falling on Kanchendzonga - A Divine Treat.

So many travel agents in between, hence the things decided with the first travel agent are not abided by the local travel agents. Having so many agents in between not only increases the cost but influence the quality of service.

I have been familiar with the website since last 1 year, and it was only now when I could finally experience the service of travel triangle. I booked a bhutan trip through travel triangle which was ultimately booked through Himalaya Travels. Few Positive sides: 1) Services of travel triangle as well as Himalayan travels were completely satisfactory with absolutely no major issues/challenges 2) The services of cars as well as drivers were to utmost satisfaction 3) Hotels were also excellent (Since all the hotels were of personally selected by Me, I would still give the credit of arranging booking for me in the said hotels 4) Overall booking and payment procedures including the on arrival payment option was also great Negative side (for improvement purpose only - Since this were none of major challenge) 1) I received only 1 quote for my intended travel to Bhutan (May be because it was an offbeat destination, still I would have loved to compare between few agents) 2)I had booked the trip through Himalaya travels, on reaching the place I realized Himalaya travels had further sub contracted my booking to a local travel agent - R S Travels. Just the fact that there were too many contributors/Profit makers to the trip. 3) Lastly, I would expect a bit of pro activeness from travel triangle in terms of quotes and offers. I received only 1 call from the in charge that too only when my Invoice was generated. I expected a few more interactions when booking and negotiations were happening. Best Memory of the trip was awsome road trip from Phuntsheling to Thimphu and thanks to the driver who was courteous enough to stop as and when we wanted to soend time with nature for some excellent photographs.

My Special thanks to Himalayan travels, They made this trip wonderful and special thanks to Ichaa & her time for assisting through out the tour and made us to feel free and enjoy the trip to the core. The Best Memory is the travel experience from Darjeeling to Gangtok,Since the route has many hair pin & sharp curves was fully covered with FOG. The real credit goes to the drivers who made this as wonderful experience.The Most awesome moment is Candle light dinner with my wife at White Conch residency in Gangtok.

It was great to have Himalayan Travel plan our vacation to Bhutan. They were highly flexible in customizing our itinerary and providing us whatever we had requested. The hotel and transport were as per our request and the service quality was very high. I would recommend them to people who plan to visit Bhutan. Thanks for making the trip wonderful.

Himalayan Travels organized our recent trip to Sikkim/Darjeeling. We are extremely satisfied with their service.Our trip coordinator was very courteous, always available on phone and provided valuable advise. The cars were in good condition, always on time, and drivers were knowledgeable and acted as guides. The hotel rooms were clean and the food was good. Overall, Himalyan Travels is very professional.
