The cyclone aside, our trip was nice: we enjoyed ourselves, though we were stuck in the hotel for close to 3 days. But do sincerely wish the contact persons in Mauritius were more interactive and communicative: lack of information from them was killing. However thanks for making this trip memorable! The cyclone... ha, ha!

it was an awesome trip well planned. but only thing that lacked was the planning between the checkout time and the flight time. checkout was at 11am and flight was at 9.30pm. which made us wait outside for entire day. the cab person named ganeshan was too co operative and helped us a lot even after the travel agent forcing him to be time bound. when we do private cab we are in assumption that the cab will be with us till 9 atleast but cab drivers we forced to bring us back to hotel by 6 which left us with no other option than booking other cab with own expenses, this leaves the fully paid transport in private cab incomplete. food in hotel was good but they could have had more options in vegetarian meals. room service in hotel Anelia is slow. location of the hotel in terms of view is too good. overall experience was good though. when we do private cab at that time the trip should not be time bound, coz of this there is some dissatisfaction in us. few more visits could have been added to the iternary which we got to know from the localites there like grand bay and other rivers. limited mineral water in rooms was a bit of a shock for us. washrooms in hotel had no jet sprays which is a basic necessity for all indians, but the hotel seemed to be foreigner centric. ganeshan our cab driver for one trip was too good in nature and took good care of us. cab driver Varsha was less co operative and was in hurry to end the trip coz of which we got less time in lle aux cerfs.

very good for hotel...but 3 only cab..bcs 3rd day van driver didn't start AC while waiting and there was very hot we were feeling very uncomfortable in that situation..I asked the driver to on AC but he refused, I ask I will talk to my agEnt , he said talk any one It doesn't matter....so I am not available at 3rd day cab driver... 3 for travel agent bcs they didn't ask Hotel chef to arrange indian food as they knew I am indian...I was hungry all the time...and the main point I would like to share you must arrange doctor in every hotel..I was feeling very ill but doctor was not available in hospital thn hotel staff arranged a doctor and doctor charged for 4000 in indian currency. best view of sea behavior of people hotel staff was very polite n very friendly I was first time in flight so great experience.
