The stay at hotel was not as expected, but everything else was awesome. The guides were helpful and knowledgeable, and the trip is one of the most memorable in life. The Casela park, the undersea walk, the tube ride, the lion interaction.....there's not one memorable moment. It was an awesome experience in total.

The food was good at the hotel and was better than we expected. The hotel staff was quiet cordial. On the flip side, the wifi network is terrible which has also been the grouse of several people since quiet sometime. Wonder why the hotel does not do anything about it whereas it is such a simple thing to achieve. Secondly the rooms need to have regular pest control. We had lizards for company on our this honeymoon trip!!! The conducted tours were very good and we had a gala time.

Awesome trip.Water villa was really fantastic. Complimentary breakfast was very good.Food and Beverages was at nominal rate.The trip is best for family & as honeymoon couple.The water sport was very costly.Scuba diving $214 per person.But it worth if doing first time otherwise can be skipped.The staff was very courteous.Overall very nice trip Pls get upgrade water villa which was the USP of the trip
