Our trip to Kerala, organized by this travel company (Book It Forget It), has been a memorable experience. They have taken care of us at all times, from the moment we arrived in Cochin until we departed, making sure everything was as we expected. Apart from being very professional at all times, and tailoring the trip for our needs and expectations, they have included in the program some very nice gestures and surprises, like organizing a candle dinner in Houseboat at Alleppey. All the hotels were amazing in different ways, meeting or exceeding our expectation. The driver that the company assigned to us was very helpful at all times, driving us through all those chaotic streets and roads of Kerala and having the car clean and ready at all times for us. He also was our guide when traveling between cities, making it possible for us to better know the local lifestyles. We totally recommend this agency for anyone planning to visit Kerala in a customized trip. We will definitely contact this company in the future when we go back to visit other regions of India.

Had an awesome experience with Travel triangle and book it forget it...I've made a lifetime of memories at my honeymoon!!

The whole tour was good all things are as shaduled. House boat was exelent. Munnar , kovalam are also exelent place to visit, Kumarakom is also a good plase to visit but i think not so good to stay there as there is not a good market and hotels. Trvel agent responded timely for any issues is a good thing, we can talk for any issues and got some solution of it.hotels booked are also good except hotel in kumarakom i.e. lack place family resort, jetty boat road, kumarakom. Tour and stay at munnar, and it's plantaion. Ride on house boat alleppy.

I liked the way TravelTraingle provide different quotes for people to compare and choose. My travel to kerala through Book It Forget It was good, stay in Ruvelt hotel in Munnar was excellent, But other accommodation was very worst. Did not like the stay in Spicegrove in Tekkady which was 15km far away. And did not like the stay in Houseboat. Houseboat was one of the worst experiences of my life. I planned my Honeymoon for a total 4star experience, but the houseboat provided by Bookit Forget It was very cheap and third class. I also wasted the money for making Honeymoon arrangements(flower decoration) and candle light dinner in the houseboat. I can share the photos also if u like. And I didnt receive any call of concern from the Agent in my whole travel or after my travel. I would not recommend to go for trips through Book It Forget It.
