Quotes were good and also the response regarding the quotes was appreciable. Hotels were nice though the location could have been better. Cabs were good enough, we found driver less communicative because of language problem, though good in behavior. All other Arrangements were good, except the response of travel agent in case of air tickets. They could take more responsibility in case of cancellation of flight, like responding fast, can provide booking of hotel or providing alternate ways of travel etc.
