My driver was punctual and cooperative
But the hotel in ooty was very compact and no good facility I requested an alternate hotel but treebo did not make any arrangements for it instead asked for a extra charge .

I booked my trip from Book It forget it. The overall experience was fine. But, few things needs to be improved. Their coordination with the hotel reservation managers was not up to the mark. I made a special request for cleaning the rooms which were not followed in 2 hotels out of 4. Hotels were also okay not best.

Travel agents coming on travel triangle should be more commited for services towards clients. If some problem occurs during tour then travel agents, person handling the client should come forward to overcome the problem/issue. Remaining silent or not taking adequate action shows that it's all about money and not about good services . If some problem comes in between the tour then it's a opportunity for good travel agent and for the advisor to come with solution and give satisfactory results. It's very easy to get 5 stars on a normal tour but real testing is then when something unusual happens, when trouble comes , then in that situation if agents, advisors do good job then only it's 5 star rating for agents and advisors.
