We had a hassle free and an amazing experience during our trip. We did not have to worry much about anything from hotel to cab and the places of visit, everything was taken care of very well. Our cab driver was too good, very humble. He kept us updated about the highlights of Ooty and made sure we taste some really good tea and snacks. His driving skills had to be appreciated even though the weather was challenging due to rain, fog and winds

I booked the trip for my parents.. the cab and driver was very good and was on time . Liked their service . The hotel food in Rameshwaram was not good . However hotel rooms were decent. Overall good travel planned

Trip was awesome.. The cab driver Mr. Suresh was such an amazing person.. He showed us all the places... Extra masanagudi wildlife trekking...

Really helpful and even they accomodated last minute changes due to baby not well. Thanks for everything

I booked this package for myself and had a wonderful experience. The cab driver was friendly and heplful . The hotels was good. Overall it was a good trip to Coorg.

All are good but second hotel karar garden is ok..not like as At wood Resort. @Munnar

I must say, BookitForgetit Tour operator really lives up to the name. You can rely on their service. As soon as the quote request was given they came up with one of the most extensive and thought out plan for kerala. This was my trip with my longtime friends and it was very well thought-out trip by the tour operator. Sohit (my agent) was quite patient and cordial in taking down all my requirements and making necessary arrangements. When we reached the Hotel in Munnar - we did not receive the room as per our requirements and as soon as I informed Tour Operator, he quickly arranged for the same and the Hotel manager himself, made necessary arrangements. I was amazed at the speed at which the issues got resolved during my trip. Thank you Sohit for the same. I am just rating this trip as 9 of 10, as the only thing that was not proper was the Local Cab. This is no fault of the Tour operator as they have to rely on local cab companies. I received confirmation really last minute and then 3 drivers changed until we found the correct driver at the airport. While the cab was good and clean, but on our last day the driver was not interested in covering all the sightseeing locations that were in our itinerary. He started giving excuses of heavy rains and the location being closed. We also had got tired so we did not pursue. The driver was also most inclined to push for local sight seeing activities which was not in our itinerary and additional costs. Apart from the Cab Co issue, all the properties selected by Tour operator were fantastic. the inclusions from hotel were also very good. Overall it was a nice relaxing trip as we had wanted. I would recommend "Book It Forget It" tour operator as they really took nice care of vacation and requirements.

Day 1 Munnar: Hotel is far way from main munnar. This is impossible to take dinner from outside. Hotel is good. Day 2 Munnar: Sight seeing is ok. Driver is very helpful. Water service is not available inside cab. Day 3 Thekkady: Hotel is outstanding, food is average. Day 4 Alleppey house boat: Below average quality of house boat. Staff are co-operative. Food is poor, they have fixed menu. Day 5 & 6: They have promised to give see facing room, but gave partial see facing budget room. We have to pay 2500/- extra for sea facing room. I have called agent but they said that please arranged your self. Overall experience is good but should be better if travel agency gave support us. Trip of Kanyakumari

The hotel rooms in Coorg was not so good as we were expecting because the water taps and the electric geyser was not good. We also once ordered the dinner from the hotel which was not good and prices were extremely too high with not so good quality food due to which 2 of the relatives got sick and had a bad stomach ache , also one of our relative got a hair in the medu wada while having a morning breakfast, We had already given this feedback to the manager who was handling in the hotel on our check out time. Also few of the places were also not by the driver , it is not the tourist responsibility to look after all these, 2 days of the trip we completed around 3 pm and we were back in hotel which did not made any sense and we wasted many of our quality time. Our parents were not so much happy with the trip as we expected it should be like. Upset with the huge amount as per the trip didn’t went so good. We wanted one driver, till the trip ends but we had 2 drivers and we were co ordinating with the transport driver team, I don’t think it was our duty to do all this. Few places were good and climate was pleasant

Sahil and team did an excellent job of coordinating and creating a hassle free trip. Drivers Muthu and Deepak were great guides. Overall a memorable and value for money trip.

It was a wonderful trip and memorable journey to South India. We have visited Mysore, Ooty and Coorg valley. It was fun filled and adventurous 5 night and 6 days vacation. Value for money. The stay was excellent at Coorg with scenic beauty from the room balcony. Tasty food at all the three locations. The driver was very good and well versed with the location, opening and closing timing of the sites, temple etc. We wish to have similar trip in other location
