I was in connect with Sahil from this travel agency. I was planning to travel in the month of March 2021. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel the trip. But Sahil helped me our to reschedule it to future date without any charges. Also again during the month of May 2021, it has to be rescheduled again due to pandemic. Finally I travelled in Sept 2021. The process was hassle free from them. They were really helping a lot to make sure these reschedule don't panic us and it was smooth.
