It was an excellent arranged trip. Enjoyed a lot and will look forward to travel triangle in future.

The hotel was good they maintain the hygiene also they helped to get the local information. The cab driver is descent, and he was on time throughout the journey, overall the service was good. I like to tell others about the same.

Hotel room was decent. Room service in terms of cleaning and giving fresh towels could have been better. Cab driver was very polite, on time and took great care while driving. The travel agent planned the trip by listening patiently to the requirements. Overall great experience. Mallali waterfalls was the best one.

Good

Everything was good. The driver was very friendly and interested to show us the places. The only problem was the driver( may be the owner cum driver) is always trying to save fuel by switching off AC. Told him to switch in AC twice or thrice. Every time he switches the AC for sometime and again at the next opportunity he switches off the AC and opens the window. Except for his fuel saving tendency, he is very good and is a good guide for tour. Overall it’s a great experience.

The trip worked out very smoothly. The driver was very polite and knowledgeable. All hotels were comfortable. The hotel last day had some insects problem but it was taken care by the hotel staff after informing. No other complaints. Thank you for the seamless experience and execution.

Excellent Trip

Ooty Hotel Delight inn is very good and hospitality is also very good, expectation to be similar coming to kodaikanal peak resort but not even 25% of what delight inn is . No phone to contact reception, no hot water to drink at times, no hospitality , no one,

First I would like to thank "book it forget it team" especially Mr. Ashraf syeed for organizing such a wonderful Kerala honeymoon package within budget. He was in contact with us in whole trip. I appreciate his effort from bottom of my heart, well organized tour starting from Munnar visit to Alleppey House Boat, Thekkady and even Kochi sightseeing arrangements. Everything goes well beginning from hotel selection and sightseeing completed within time. Even driver cum tour guide Mr. Ranjeet was very kind hearted person with lots of patience , professional and understanding in nature. In entire trip we loved the most was Alleppey backwater boat house was just awesome and Munnar tea garden and site views was memorable one. Once again thank you very much for the memorable honeymoon Trip. I will surely take your services in future.

Many people said many negative things about travel triangle that made me a bit nervous in the beginning but it was a memorable trip to Maldives without any hassle. The trip was Good but we could not able to cover all places in ooty like pykara water falls and fine forest due to time limit and driver said dodabetta peak road under construction so he didn't take us. And in Kodai lamp's rock we didn't see driver said road not good. Hotels. The quoram hotel gave room which looks old room one of the wall layer rusted. The food in Quaram was awesome. In Delight inn everything was excellent. The peak resort in kodaikanal was not good, They gave room us without cleaning.and they did not give necessities until we call and inform. Breakfast was not good.

It was very beautiful resort and staff was very friendly and helpful. Water villa with pool was so beautiful and must have experience. One more plus point is less indian crowd. I opted for full board and food was delicious. There is indian food restaurant but that is not included as part of full board. But there is 2 3 indian dishes in every meal if you only want that and if you are open to try new things, there you will find so many options. In every meal there are so many dessert and tasty. Travel service from travel traingle was also good. I have only 2 3 points. First they should have better refund cancellation policy. Payment also need better option, each other option other then NEFT has extra charges. Service also need more transparancy, i got my voucher 1 day before and name was incorrect on that. Even when i asked that to be corrected as it was mentioned wrong in confirmation mail. When i came out of airport in male. I was like we are on other planet, blue water extra clean and green was extra green like we are watching hd movie.

The trip was very good. We enjoyed a lot. The Cab Driver was very nice and co-operative. The Coorg Hotel was very nice and services were upto mark. The Mysore hotel service as not that good and services were comparatively poor The stay and meals at the Coorg Resort and the Vrindavan Garden were awesome
