I had booked Kerala trip from Godwin holidays, from discussing package, locations,hotels and cab everything was very smooth. I would like to appreciate efforts put by Nisha who was the coordinator for trip, she answered my zillion questions before trip and also was prompt in resolving issue faced at Kovalam hotel. One suggestion to Godwin is - on the way to Kovalam from munnar instead of keeping stay in Kovalam should have been at kanyakumari as we arrived Kovalam around evening and next day travelled to kanyakumari which ate up some time of sight seeing , if stay had been in kanyakumari , we could have saved some time in travel . We had choosen Hawa beach resort in Kovalam, the location of hotel is very very good , it's literally on th beach but quality of the rooms, bed,sheets is nt good. AC does not work, had to follow up with manager for getting it worked .The bed sheets were very rough and bubbles on all the sheets and was torn at some places. The hotel staff was prompt in changing sheets and ac help but seems they don't have clean and good sheets to provide . Hotel in munnar was amazing ,it's location, food ,staff everything was good Hotel in Alleppey , i.e was on island.It was also memorable stay. And not to forget, the driver Navas , he was very good ,soft spoken, genuine guy .Since we are vegetarian ,he took us to all veg restaurants as per our choice at all the locations. At last , I would suggest Godwin holidays to everyone who is planning for Kerala holiday

Accommodation was perfect but options in itinerary was limited. National Park was closed hence should have been replaced by other option. Boathouse in Alleppey

Overall Good experience. Travel agent should inform in advance about timings and charges of visiting places Godwin left all responsibility on cab driver House boat maintenance was poor but staff was very Good Each every place in kerala is beautiful

While overall it was very good trip as kerala is natural place..hotels a and service was good but really felt bad experience in Houseboat. our travel agent chited us by showing and naming different houseboat while booking and actual allotment..houseboat was not suit for family and very dirty...not even 2 star...I wat my money back towards houseboat...other than that I will give full credit to Cab Owner Mr Navasika due to whom it was fantastic tour...he really guide us perfectly.. Munnar and other places where nature is truly awesome..

Best comfortable services provided by Godwin ....all arrangements as per our expectations and the houseboat experience is awesome so I am suggesting to everyone to go with Godwin...

Both the Properties/Hotels were very Good. Good Service and Food. Diver has not guided properly due to which we miss few of our Good Itenary. Resort at Munaar.(Value for Money) Tea Plantation area.

Should give complete information about food in munnar castel disappointed Jeep Safari and bout house
