We booked our trip with Godwin holidays. Nisha was our contact person and she helped us suggesting good places to stay. Except the stay at hillview munnar rest all places were good. She was patient with our queries and prompt too. They provided us with neat and clean vehicle but the worst memory of the trip was our driver Anthony. I don't even want to remember how we managed 2 days with him. We stated everything to Nisha from Godwin holidays and the good thing is she changed the driver. The rest of the trip was fun with the changed driver mr. Rajesh. Other thing to mention here is the hygienic condition of our houseboat at alleppy. The room was not clean we found cockroaches to lizard to spider in our room. The towel provided in the bathroom was smelling and the water we got in the bathroom for bath was brown.although Food was exceptionally good at houseboat. changing of driver Stay at rangerwood thekkady Elephant junction at thekkady Mudra art martial art show Jeep safari and sightseen

got the worst experience with houseboat. house boat was different from the one which was shown at the time of booking. toilet was stinking and the gates was jammed. although hotels were good and the driver was also good.

We had booked a trip to Kerala... Agents were quite good in booking best rates and services were offered....infact best in the range... We had booked Dream Catchers in Munnar... Best hotel in terms of view and ambience... Rooms are standard but the surrounding is superb... Tea plantations leave you in awe and makes you forget everything... If you are staying in Munnar this hotel is highly recommended.. It's on top of the mountain and one of the most amazing hotels I have ever stayed... Thekaddy is quite a different place.. It's near Tamil Nadu border so be sure of what hotel you are booking... Lots of hotels in Thekaddy are quite cheap... Pictures online might show you they are quite posh but inside its just another cheap lodge...one similar incident happened with us... We had booked a room in Grand Thekaddy but jnstead were given a room in Sandra Palace... Worst thing was werent even informed about it.. Our driver directly took us there... Outside it looked quite nice but inside was very disappointing.. Staff says that the hotel is 3 star but kind of hotel it is... It Dsnt even deserve 1 star.. We had to argue with out agent to get us another hotel... After 30 mins of arguments we were given a different hotel.. PERIYAR Meadows which was again a decent hotel... Other good hotels to stay in Thekaddy is Grand Thekaddy... JUNGLE PARK... Last was Houseboat... Which was again very disappointing... Interior was quite Bad...bathrooms were stinking and wooden doors were full of termites... Food was basic.. No. Proper service nothing... To bath we were given Lake water which was yellow...Please book your hotels and houseboats after going through real time reviews rather then pictures on websites.. It can be very misleading.. Please don't compromise on hotels especially people traveling from cities like Mumbai Delhi and Bangalore... Kerela is a beautiful place but the services offered in hotels are way behind from Mumbai and not at all that professional.. So make sure you choose the best hotels Dream Cathers in Munnar... Very good service

The trip was awesome. It was very well organized by Nisha, the GodWin agent. She is very friendly and customized the package exclusively for me. We enjoyed the trip and did not face any issues. There were nil hiccups. The Cab was very comfortable. The driver was friendly and he suggested several places for us to Visit. He did not rush us in covering locations/being on time. The trip was planned for a break and for some relaxation and it was perfectly for the same. Boat House was awesome beyond words. Punarjani Kalaripayattu,a traditional Marital Art form of Kerala, is too good.Worth a visit.

Worst experience with house boat in Alleppey. Not even 1 hour travelled in a day. Food is very very bad and poor quality of food. Out of 4 Days first 3 days cab driver is awesome but last day cab driver has changed and he is not upto the mark.

The trip organiser has provided good service but the hotel at munnar and cochin were not that good specially in munnar the hotel was stinking and bathroom has very dim light. Also travel agent has told not to buy boat ride ticjet online due to which we were not able to get boat safari ticket in thekkady and main excitement was missed. Will suggest others to book boat ride or jungle safari online and not think to book offline during visit specially in the festive season. Also munnar attaraction was missed as was very much rush. Otherwise trip to cochin backwaters, museum, Munnar kathakali show, martial arts show, Thekkady massage experince,sanctuary only visited, kovalam seabeaches and kanyakumari boat ride to vivekanand rock and the most amazing allepy houseboat stay was the best experience. It is truly nature heaven. The time we spent on houseboat in allepy were the best one. Also visit to Kanyakumari was a nice experience.
