Overall it was a great experience. Hotels were great and their hospitality was awesome. Their food and facilities were also commendable. The itinerary was also perfect. And the car arranged was also nice. There were a few issues including communication gap due to language problem. Apart from this the agency staff should follow the itinerary and carefully listen to the need of the custome which was somewhat missing.

Houseboat at Alleppey. It was an awesome experience to stay on water overnight.

Driver was amazing,he made our journey awesome, seina village got the best of our stays, house boat was awesome both the captain and cook was soo polite and helpful.
Stay in seina Village with their great services, room, and value for Money attitude.. Kerala has given us a great memory to cherish whole life.

1) Cab driver was thinking to finish the Journey ASAP that's why we have not visited lot of places.
2) House boat exp was very bed because of poor food quality and lot of smell in water so we went for 2 hour instead of 1 day.
3) House boat food maker asked us to give some tips after making very bad food.
4) Hotel was very good.

Overall the trip was good. House boat should be a latest one. One that we got is pretty old one and needs upgrade.
Cab driver should act like a guide as well. He is too silent. Also, the cab driver should take at least somewhat acceptable risks considering the season that we are coming in. We haven't seen even a single view point in Munnar though we travelled 5.30hrs to Munnar. It was more like a stay in Munnar resort. All of it was because of not taking a risk to drive during rain.
Stay at Houseboat and Seven Springs Resort in Munnar are the best memories that we have.
