Driver was nice and guided nicely in trip.
Overall great Munnar trip.
Mountain club resort was nice ,but advisable to get 2 sharing bedroom,so that pool and nice view will be available for you.. . :)

The driver was very good. However, the location of the hotel at Thekkady was not good as mosque is located in front of it and at 4:30 am woke us up with blaring prayers over load speaker. The food was not good.

I started from Cochin, very warm welcome by hotel staff at Elite palazo then in next morning we went for 2nights Munnar stay ,I did not like the hotel and there services at all, very frequent power cut and delayed service in I cloud hotel was not a good start for any trip, unfortunately I had to stay there for two days. In very next morning we had proceeded for Thekkady for one night stay , hotel seasons Thekkady was good and there services was also good. After that we had to proceed for kumarakom for 2night stay in hotel Jasmine, they provided us separete cottage but there AC didn't work for first day at all, this was something I could not expect in Kovalam where humidity is too much. On second day they have fixed the AC and I had pretty good time at Kovalam and I enjoyed a lot. Afterwards we have proceeded to kumarakom for one night stay , hotel was very good and I enjoyed a lot. Till kumarakom everything was ok ok at all, then there comes a twist , my house boat visit at allepy, that was a worst nightmare of my trip, poor houseboat with frequent power cuts , dirty rooms with flies . I could not sleep for whole night. At the time booking they didnot show the condition of house boat and I was presuming something good but that was the worst climax of any journey. I would have paid more bucks for better house boat but atleast you people should have informed me about that condition. We stayed in so unhygenic condition and more worst part is that we could not check out in between the waters.
Warm welcome at Cochin, hotel stay at Thekkady , Kovalam and kumarakom was better
