Very Good

My trip to kerla overal 8days trip was good.mainly i need to mention about the cab driver Mr.Nanda kumar well expirenced driving very much informative he made our trip memorable.munnar stay dream catcher resort is simply superb. Coming to the house boat it is a worst at its ambience ,food and also sanitation, there is no trained coock we traveled with my child 4years old because of the unhygenic water and sanitation she got allergies.it influenced our after days trip a lot.godwin travlers have to check it out the house boat .other than the houseboat all other things are good thankyou travel triangle for making our trip more easy

Overall a very memorable trip, cab driver was very friendly and helpful. Only negative was that the hotel booked at munnar was a little distant from munnar itself. house boat stay at alleppy. Cook biru was very gentle and soft spoken. had a ppeasant night stay.

The Cab Driver Mr. Sudheer was good but not upto mark ,dissatisfied with the houseboat, the quality of house boat is not upto the mark, food in house boat is extremely good . the hotel stay in Munnar is very memorable and the breakfast served at the hotel is very very good Munnar Dream land and tea plantations

The resort at munnar dreamcatchers is excellent sourrounded by tea estates. but the house boat at allepey is not as expected.

the trip was well organized by Vishnu and Nisha from Godwins travels and travel triangle.. hotel/resort in Munnar was awesome to stay and food was good and had excellent view from resort the house boat was not up to mark and there was no proper cook available on house boat... though the boat was good with AC. food was not satisfied and maintenance was very low. cab driver jinson was very co-operative, punctual on time and managed all schedule on time with his suggestions. full rating for can and driver. over all Munnar and allepy is a great place to visit with proper guidance from known people. thank you travel triangle for getting good deal from. Godwins agent. and making the tip success concentrate on improving boat house facilities further

Booked my 4 nights/5 days Honeymoon trip to Kerala (Alleppey- 2N/ Munnar-2N)) through Godwin Holidays. Arrived at Kochi on 20th Feb and proceeded towards Alleppey for our 2 Nights stay (Ramada-1N/ Houseboat-1N). Our driver & Guide Mr. Bibin arrived on time at Kochi airport. My hopes of a perfect holiday started diminishing from the moment we stepped into the vehicle. Un-professionalism among Godwin alliances started to float immediately. There was an unbearable noise from the rear as the vehicle sped-up, due to faulty wheel bearing. The noise started giving us headache. The vehicle should have been serviced & re-fuelled before our arrival. Anyways, coming to his driving. Literally, for 5 kms into Kochi city, he was driving at 20-40 kph, even on open, traffic-less highway. All of a sudden, he started driving so recklessly, that we almost crashed into a truck, purely due to his fault. The car's rear hit the front of truck while changing lane. Out of nothing, he pulled over & abused the truck driver, displaying utter negligence of his role in the incident. My wife got slipped and hurt as he braked too hard to avoid a head on collision with an on-coming 3 wheeler, while driving at 70 kph on narrow roads of Alleppey backwaters. We had to scold him on his driving behaviour and neglecting passenger comfort. Rest 4 days were O.K with him. He turned out to be a good guide. Coming to my hotel bookings, from the very beginning it was conveyed to them that I'm booking 5 star(Premium) category accommodation everywhere and hence was charged accordingly, although at a good bargain. The Hotels at Alleppey & Munnar were selected by me. Opted for Ramada- Alleppey & The Fog Resort- Munnar. Since I had no idea of Houseboats in Alleppey, I completely relied on them to arrange our stay in a Premium Houseboat for 1N, with honeymoon inclusions, while eagerly waiting for the famous Sunset Cruise. Checked out from Ramada on 21st Feb and headed on to our Houseboat booked by Godwin. Mr. Kevin coordinated with us to the houseboat. The boat, by no means, could be categorized as Premium/ 5 Star or even near to what I was shown in pictures. The boat was Old, with fixtures broken at places, dirty water supply, broken door handles, non-working lights etc. Mr. Kevin himself affirmed that the boat is a deluxe category. I wanted to cancel the stay there and rush out, but my wife asked me not to do so. Immediately I informed Ms. Nisha over WhatsApp about my displeasure at their arrangement. But till date, I haven't been contacted over the matter. Mr. Kallesh & Mr. Ganesh- our houseboat crew were nice people. But again, the boat was decked way before sunset at an uncanny place with 3 more boats, not fulfilling the promise of Sunset Cruise. Munnar was an awesome experience. The services in the Hotels were also very good, although I liked The Fog-Munnar more than Ramada- Alleppey. But there also, we had to change the rooms as they were not pre-booked as per our choice. Small note to Godwin people- Please try to redress your customer's grievances for better services.

Good support from Vishnu and Nisha Hotel in Munnar was awesome and nice view. Houseboat was also good but normal water for bath could have arranged Cab driver Riyaz was very co-operative and managed schedule very well.. full marks to him. Munnar and Allepy is grt place but look at the timelines of National park.. is it was closed in February.

Trip was well organized by travel triangle n Godwin holidays team. a tip for future travellers- try to negotiate with all inclusions i.e including jeep safaries in your pckg as this will cost u hefty amount if you book it by ur own during trip. For godwin holidays- Nisha is a good tour planner, she will assist us in every possible manner if any problem arises in tour like in our case. We have been served alternate car immediately on route due to our car's engine failure in between trivendrum to kovalam route. The best part of the trip was driver Mr. Nandan. He guided us very nicely in entire tour of kerala, we missed him in last 2 days of journey. Nisha arranged us a car for early morning check out from kovalam to trivendrum at 3.30 AM. hotels suggested by Nisha are gud especially at Munnar- Dream cathers although it is out Munnar but the veiw of mountains and tea gardens in hotel itself make u comfortable. thekkady- perriyar meadows was neat n clean with good food options. Alleppy- houseboat was stinking like hell, but we can't do anything in between the water all around, fishy smell which u can't avoid although we have told the attender to spray room freshner every alternate hour.

Overall a very nice stay, but last resort in Koyala was not upto the expectations. Time spent in Vakalat was absolutely amazing. Nice atmosphere n good resort.

overall experience was very good.driver mahin cheta was very friendly n cooperative.munnar resort had nice ambience ,surrounded by nature .liked hill view from room.allepy boat house also we liked.tips for others itenaries and much about trip should be discussed with trip organiser to avoid missing of important places and also keep sunset trip at the end.thank you Godwin team.Nisha ,kabeer ,Vishnu for providing pocket fit trip .thank you all

First of all thanks to Travel Triangle, Vishu & Nisha from Godwin Travels for arranging such a wonderful trip and customizing it as and when required. I was accompanied by Mr. Nanda(our cab driver) who had 22 yrs. of experience in this field. He was very well known to all the attractions. The only issue I faced with Godwin Travels was on my last day of the trip. My returning flight was from Trivandrum at 3:30am in the morning and while finalising the booking I made it clear that I will have a late dinner and then proceed to airport for departure. In the evening around 4pm I got a call from my cab driver saying Nisha has asked him to drop us to the airport at 6pm. I then said I will talk to Vishu and get that sorted out. I called Vishu and explained the scenario and he said he will call me back. He called us in sometime and said that I need to free the cab by 6pm otherwise I will have to pay extra charges. I had no other options but to reach at airport at 6pm and spent the rest of the evening at airport.(As agreed by them that I can reach late to the airport). Apart from the above there were no issues. Just make sure of the timings if you book from this travels. And of course if you get Mr. Nanda that's like cherry on the cake. Neat and clean cab. ACCOMMODATION EXPERINCE(All were 3* according to Godwin Travels. You may find it different on Google): Airport Mansion(Kochi): This is a home turned into a hotel with all the basic amenities. Hotel Sealord(Kochi): Large spacious rooms and good and reasonably priced restaurant menu. If you book a room you get 15% off on your restaurant bills. Hotel Hillview(Munnar): Absolutely no issues except at Dinner they provide only buffet in the restaurant but an A la carte in room service. We had a marvelous stay. Periyar Meadows(Thekkday): The hotel is one of the best hotel in Thekkady. The hotel rooms are very neat and clean and offer lot of amenity. The complimentary breakfast they provide is very good taste and more variety. The staff is also friendly. A/C Deluxe Houseboat(Alleppey): This was one of the rare experience. No issues with the house boat and meal services. They pump up the water directly from the lake so it will be salty. Also during night you will happen to see lizards outside the house boat. Hotel Sea View(Kanyakumari): Great service, amazing views... Also has a great restaurant.. Major attractions at walking distance only... We were lucky to see the sunrise from our hotel room itself. Highly recommended. God'own Country(Kovalam): This hotel is almost 9-10 kms before Kovalam. We asked for ayurvedic massage hotel and so go this. It is mostly for Ayurvedic massage and rehab centre. The restaurant here has timings, so be prepared if they say restaurant is not opened. Also A la carte is not that good. I will not recommended until you require massage in a hotel.

The resort at Munnar was on hill having tea gardens & natural beauty.But the house boat given at Alleppey was not good even th.ough the experience was very good. Hills full of tea gardens & beautiful sight at Kanykumari.
