we had a wonderful time this weekend. Our driver was experienced and did a great job, the hotels were welcoming and comfortable all staff was excellent and we especially loved the food served at the Golden Star Continental in Gangtok. Initially we were a little confused without a guide who spoke english, but Simon, the manager of the Gangtok hotel, offered to accompany us. Simon felt more like a friend than a hired guide he showed us fantastic local food and stayed with us all the way to the airport. A special thanks to Simon for making this a trip to remember! So the only minor problem was the confusion over our guide which was never directly explained to us.

while travelling some times the agent did not inform the itinerary, for example from darjeeling, they did not inform that we have to change vehicle on the road and we had to arrange, local taxi on our own and we faced inconvenience as we had luggage and children. On the way from Gangtok to Siligudi, there was two times car puncture. The stepin was damaged. Otherwise it was ok. The hotel at Darjeeling was not so good. Thanks.

AFTER VISIT TO GANGTOK IT SEEMS WORTHLESS TO VISIT DARJEELING IF SOME ONE COULD NOT SEE THE SUNRISE AND IT SEEMS THAT THERE NOTHING SPECIAL IN DARJEELING EXCEPT SUNRISE IF WE COMPARE WITH GANGTOK AND PELLING.
SO AS A TRIP PLANNER GOLDEN VACATION SHOULD SUGGEST THE TOURIEST NOT TO PLAN FOR DARJEELING IF PLANED FOR GANGTOK
